Crumbling Infrastructure
By Ron McGatlin
In almost any direction one looks, decadence is rapidly eroding the strength of all structure of life in the world as we have known it. Governments are failing, schools are failing, church systems are failing, economies are failing, and energy systems that undergird all food production, water supply, shelter, transportation, manufacturing of goods, and almost every aspect of modern life are failing. As a flower on the grass, the glory of man’s greatest endeavors without God are wilting and falling away having left no seed for the future.
The failure of mankind and the systems we have built have brought great stress to Planet Earth. The earth’s ecological systems are greatly suffering, and the planet is loudly groaning. Humans made in God’s image were created to care for the earth and all that is on it. God’s desire is for mankind to bring forth the glory of God on Planet Earth.
What did Jesus come to redeem?
Jesus came to redeem and restore whosoever will come to Him. Jesus working in and with redeemed man will bring forth the power of God to redeem and restore (make new) Planet Earth. The kingdom of God will be restored on earth as it is in heaven. The kingdoms of this world will become the kingdoms of our Lord.
What will not be redeemed?
At this point there is nothing that can be done to redeem the decadent systems of fallen man empowered by the devil. Yes, the enemy has infiltrated church systems, governments, education, and all of the godless secular and religious systems of life on earth. Up until a few years ago. there was hope for the ungodly systems to be voluntarily changed. God continued to call for repentance and in mercy sent messengers with truth to turn the world toward the light. But men loved darkness and have belittled and ridiculed the faithful sent ones. The door is now closed to the potential redemption of the evil contaminated systems in the world. At best, futile efforts to reform governments and other systems may briefly prolong their demise. Do not be misled by temporary upturns in the fallen systems. Babylon will not be saved.
The cry to come out of Babylon is again being shouted from heaven.
Mystery Babylon is spawned in decadent demonized religious systems including Christian religious systems. However, Babylon is more than a religious system; it is the entire infrastructure of life on the foundation of the devil. It is the culture and society that drives business, family relationships, and the whole of godless life on earth. Babylon has made many people rich and provided luxurious lifestyles for many, but has shed the innocent blood of multitudes of God’s people. Babylon has implanted its patterns of life upon the nations of the world.
The crumbling infrastructure of life we see around us today is the beginning of the fall of Babylon. It is bythe hand of God, and to fight against it is to fight against God. Yes, love the people. And, in mercy, help the people to come out and be rescued into the pure and holy kingdom of God.
The only thing not being shaken is the kingdom of God. It is more than a place of rescue; it is the future of the world. It is that which must fully fill the empty spaces of cleared land created by the burning of Babylon. The pure and holy New Jerusalem lifestyle of God-with-us is the ruling city of the kingdom of God on earth as it is in heaven.
Why has this begun now and not much earlier?
Actually it did begin much earlier. This has been the direction of God for the planet since the beginning. This is what Jesus became a man and died for. It has waited for a people, a pure holy people who live for nothing more than Christ Jesus and His kingdom. God is now preparing a people, mature sons of God in whom Christ Jesus fully dwells without hindrance from the self-ways of fallen man, a people who love not their lives to the death and who have overcome the enemy by the blood of the Lamb and the word of their testimony.
The removal of the tares waits until the good grain is matured. The crumbling has begun, because there is now a move of maturing sons experiencing true death to self-life and life in God. The passing away of the old has now begun, because there are those who have abandoned the evil systems way of life and are fully baptized into Christ Jesus by the Holy Spirit. God has waited for a people who can reign in this life in Christ as kings and priests, a people in whom Christ Jesus dwells. This is a people who will not be touched by the ways of the enemy but will only do and say what they hear and see the Father doing and saying. This is a generation of forerunners who are a part of the many sons Christ Jesus is bringing to glory.
Let’s be clear. The sons are not tearing down Babylon. God is doing that. These are the sons of God replacing the Babylonian sons of their father, the devil. The Babylonian world hates the sons of God, the true body of Christ, and will do all it can do to prevent, destroy or delay the work of God on earth in bringing forth many sons to rule and reign with Christ Jesus on earth.
The call is again clear to come out of Babylon, my people, and again let Jerusalem (New Jerusalem) come into your mind. We cannot be a vacuum in our souls. We cannot be emptied of the ways of Babylon and not have a replacement life structure in our hearts. Those who are becoming mature sons of God to rule and reign in this life must renew their minds to the truth of the kingdom of God / New Jerusalem life reality.
The harlotry of Babylon has ruled in our souls and perverted our hearts.
Spiritual harlotry is seeking to fulfill our own needs and desires apart from God. God is our provider and desires to meet our needs in every area of life. If we look to anything or anyone else, including ourselves to meet our needs, we are looking to another god and are involved in spiritual harlotry. Harlotry and idolatry are very closely related. Harlotry is looking to an idol (another god) for what our Heavenly Father should provide for us. Spiritual harlotry is selling our purity to meet our needs. It is self-seeking and self-serving.

Babylon is a harlot system, a means of meeting human needs and selfish wants apart from God. Babylon is ruled by a spirit of harlotry and is characterized by competition, immorality, and sorcery.

Spiritual harlotry is self-seeking and self-serving. It is seeking to meet my own needs and desires apart from God.

Competition is seeking position or control apart from God. Some characteristics of competition are: contention, strife, thieving (taking), lying, deceit, manipulation, seduction, control, dominance, war (fighting), overlord, tyrant, backbiting, murder, greed, and covetousness.

Immorality is seeking pleasure or entertainment apart from God. Some characteristics of immorality are: lust, fantasy lust, fornication, sexual perversion, unclean, overeating, overplaying, overworking, over-resting, and reveling (partying).

Sorcery is seeking power or direction apart from God. Some characteristics are: occult, witchcraft, hypnosis, mind control, mind power, humanism, intellectualism, astrology, psychics, and new-age junk.

Jer 51:49-50: As Babylon has caused the slain of Israel to fall, So at Babylon the slain of all the earth shall fall. You who have escaped the sword, Get away! Do not stand still! Remember the LORD afar off, And let Jerusalem come to your mind.
Rev 18:2-4: And he cried mightily with a loud voice, saying, "Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and has become a dwelling place of demons, a prison for every foul spirit, and a cage for every unclean and hated bird!"For all the nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth have become rich through the abundance of her luxury." And I heard another voice from heaven saying, "Come out of her, my people, lest you share in her sins, and lest you receive of her plagues.
God is preparing a kingdom people – a people who will break free from their Babylonian harlotry and become the purified holy Bride of Christ. The world waits to see a multiplied reality of the New Jerusalem lifestyle and the love and power of the real kingdom of God. Many are coming to the real thing – the real kingdom of God.
More than a revival is upon the land. A total abandonment to God is upon us.
Father, Your kingdom come and Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Amen and Amen.
Keep on pursuing love. It never fails
and His kingdom never ends.

Awesome word Mr.Ron. I don't share much here as I am not very good at putting words on paper as to what God is speaking to me,but you as well as a few others here do a magnificent job of confirming what  God is revealing to His saints across the world. I just want to say thank you for using the one of the gifts God has given you(writing),  and blessing those of us who aren't gifted writers. Blessings bro.!!!!

Babylon, which originated in the area of the tower of Babel, is man's attempt to set up a kingdom independent of God and to set up a way to lift oneself to heaven independent of God, so there is an "earthly" and a "spiritual" component to Babylon.  In truth, it is the enemy's attempt to continue the rebellion on earth that he began in heaven.  It mimics the kingdom of God in almost every detail.  It has penetrated the church to a degree which would shock people if completely revealed.  The philosophy of man, the teachings of the Greeks, permeates most of today's theology.  The world's economic system holds many churches bound in debt.  Man's psychology is taught from the pulpits.  The political spirit dictates the hierarchy in most denominations.  The desire to please man rather than God determines what's preached in many megachurches.

Jesus set the fall of Babylon in motion when He died on the cross.  Everything not based on the teaching of Jesus is founded upon sinking sand.  The shaking that is going on is sent to destroy everything both outside AND inside the Church not based upon God's Word.  God's Word is settled forever in Heaven, and it is the only firm foundation upon which to build anything.

Thanks to everyone for your agreement and encouraging comments. We all need to encourage one another in our continuing walk into the new era of the real kingdom of God. Fellowship in the Truth (Jesus) is increasingly beautiful and pleasant. As polarization increases in times of strong advances of transition from past religion and secularism into pure and holy kingdom life, fellowship in the Lord becomes even more precious.

In this time of crumbling infrastructure and rising of Christ Jesus and His kingdom on earth as it is in heaven, we can all expect increased cleansing (sanctification - being set apart to God). This means there will be increased separation for purification. Separation from the residue of tainted views, concepts and practices within our own lives. However, the more painful separation is that which involves relationships with people we love and have felt close to in the past. There will be past associates, friends, family members and co workers who for what ever reasons will not abandon their religious or fleshly lifestyle. They will become like an enemy driven to oppose the fresh kingdom life in you. Some we care about will harden their hearts and become like the Pharisees, who do not enter the fresh kingdom lifestyle and seek to prevent those who are entering.

Mat 23:13:  "But woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you shut up the kingdom of heaven against men; for you neither go in yourselves, nor do you allow those who are entering to go in."

Acts 14:22:  strengthening the souls of the disciples, exhorting them to continue in the faith, and saying, "We must through many tribulations enter the kingdom of God."

Much love and genuine appreciation,

Ron

Here's a song that describes "Mystery Babylon" and the religious whore of a hostess.  If you don't get the symbolism, then I suggest reading the Revelation of Jesus Christ at the end of your bible.  Yes, I know that the Eagles were not a Christian group but the Lord can even prophesy through the mouth of a donkey!

Indeed, the whole delusion is crumbling.  Psalm 90.

We are just barely being saved,
Dave

Thanks for the article -- We don't hear much about this these days ... "renewing the mind"...And just how very important this is.. Understanding His Kingdom reality within and this reality going from the head to the heart and then the feet -- meaning "walking our talk" (wisdom) is really some transition if we are to experience what this really means in our day to day lives and relationships. And more importantly when the pressure really comes on.

Some "how to's" or wisdom including the "renewing of the mind" are desperately needed from the Life of His Ekklesia/family to assist others in experiencing the abundant Life that is ours in Christ in an insecure, rapidly changing, temporal, complex and demanding world..One in which many are finding themselves living in a hostile environment where their friends are becoming their enemies and members of their own families are turning against them. Along with this many have no employment, no secure housing and are raising children in one parent homes and with little or no face to face fellowship and no 5 fold ministry for the equipping,  At least in the early church they "had all things in common" including their trials, prayer life, worship and most importantly their complete and utter dependancy on God. They met every day to encourage and exhort in the "how to's" or much needed wisdom necessary for the overcoming Christian life in their extreme circumstances. The greatest thing they had in common was their complete and utter dependancy on God. in a hostile world..

If we do not get understanding and  wisdom and then instruct one another in this so this abundant overcoming Kingdom Life becomes a practical reality in the demands of day to day life we are deluding ourselves with a generalised and elusive "intellectual exposition". Or we are in danger of finding ourselves in what was descriptive for the early church becoming prescriptive for the 21st century Church resulting in literalism, legalism, judgementalism and "behavioural Christianity" with no power. .

Because the western world mostly thinks, feels and acts "individually" the concept of having "all things in common" in the Kingdom Life can seem foreign. For indigenous peoples who naturally think and act collectively this is no strange thing. When we think of the Kingdom Life we actually find it difficult to think of it on an individual basis but more a collective one which is more in keeping with scripture anyway. We do not "run the race" on our own and neither do we "abandon to God" on our own.. We run it together in "alignment" each knowing our place and function within the "family and tribal structure".When one abandons to God we will always feel incomplete until all abandon to God - the whole iwi (tribe). The entire waka (canoe) must go on the journey together.

The Babyloniian systems, both in the church and out of the church, and all their structures are falling away because they are "empire based" and not "family based". All empires have their "rise and fall." But His Ekklesia is His family - when one hurts all hurts, when one rejoices all rejoice.and we hold all things in common -- we all have the same Father. He is the Head of our family and we all love Him. There is a much needed "renewing of the mind" in the Westernised Christian.. It is one thing to come out of Babylon but quite another to have Babylon come out of us.

Blessings,
Maria.

Very true  Spiritual Harlotry is a "oneness" of spirit with something other than God.  It is the uniting of spirits in an illegal and immoral manner.  The enemy knows we are spirits made in God's image and can operate like God by speaking and believing.  So the enemy seeks to get our spirits to engage in his rebellion against God and use our speaking and believing to establish a system apart from God in a way that angels (fallen in this case) cannot.  It is trying to use principles God put in place -against- God.  Of course its doomed to fail because God's Word is established in Heaven forever and what is not based on Jesus' teachings is founded upon sinking sand.

Amen , breathe life people into these places God sends you to without fear for many can and will still be saved for just as Jesus said he will leave the flock to save just one lost sheep !

blessed are those that come in the name of the Lord .

God says be thankful in all things and he will work them out for those in his will !

1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 (Amplified Bible)

16Be happy [in your faith] and rejoice and be glad-hearted continually (always);

    17Be unceasing in prayer [praying perseveringly];

18Thank [God] in everything [no matter what the circumstances may be, be thankful and give thanks], for this is the will of God for you [who are] in Christ Jesus [the Revealer and Mediator of that will].
