1. Staying Connected to Our Roots

A great tree severed from its roots is dead wood.

A tall and strong tree will soon fall, if its roots are rotting.

A tree with good roots, though cut down, will grow again from the roots.

A tree and its fruit are made of the same material as the root.

A life structure is like a tree – the life of a nation is like a tree.

A tree grows from a seed that falls into the ground and dies releasing its life to the tree.

A seed grows first into a root system that will support and nourish the tree.

Christ Jesus is the seed of God planted into the world to become the root system of the fruitful Body of Christ. The life structure of God’s people is rooted and grounded in the love of Jesus, the one true Seed of the Body of Christ Jesus on earth. That Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; that you, being rooted and grounded in love, Eph 3:17.

The life of the nation growing from the root structure of the love of God in Christ Jesus will be a strong, healthy, and fruitful tree.

Nations Not Rooted in the Love of God

A life or a nation separated from the root of the love of God is dead to the fruitfulness of God and can only produce death.

Many lives and many nations in the world have a root system other than the love of God in Jesus. Therefore, they cannot bear the good fruit of the real life that God intended.

The life of God was first breathed into Adam and was intended to be the life of God’s love in the nations of this world. Without being rooted and grounded in Christ Jesus, the people and their nations are abiding in death while waiting for the seed of the love of Jesus the redeemer to be planted into their lives. Only being rooted in the redeeming love of God in Christ Jesus will transform their lives and their nations.

The Rotting of the Root Systems of God’s People and Their Nations

God’s called and anointed people and nations are now and have been for many years experiencing the deadly disease of root rot. Concerted effort by the enemy and those who work with him has poured the deadly anti-Christ bacteria into the minds and hearts of the generations of once godly people. The once godly people and nations have, through the generations, been gradually re-trained by the poison of the enemy that has rotted and eroded their once healthy root system of the love of God. The dying root system has left the tree hollow and empty, suitable only as food for worms and insects and a den for wild animals.

The once tall strong trees of western nations that were the Jesus seed planters to the world are rotting at their core and root. The last seeds of the true love of Jesus have been cast by the dying trees into a remnant generation that will come to be known as the Man Child of God being birthed forth into the world. The enemy forces are poised to attempt to destroy the new generation before it can mature and bring forth an abundance of the seed of the love of God in Christ. The new generation of pure and holy people of God will replant the nations of the world with the seed of the pure love of God in Christ Jesus. The death of the trees of nations will become the compost to enrich the soil of the earth for the growth of the pure seed carriers of the love of Christ bringing forth His kingdom from heaven to rule and reign in His saints on Planet Earth.

Perhaps I should speak specifically regarding the somewhat parabolic language above.

America and other western nations have had a major role in fostering Christianity into the world. Whether modern secularly trained thinkers wish to admit it or not, the United States of America was indeed a Christian nation. It is only from around the mid-20^th century forward that intellectual professors have sought to present in their writings that it was not founded as a Christian nation. If you go back to the writings of the people actually involved in the beginnings of this nation, it was then and continued to be a Christian nation. That does not mean that everyone was a truly born again believer, but by far the nation was UNDER GOD and knew it. God was involved in every important issue of government and life from the beginnings of this nation. The writings that proclaim that it was not are only one little part in the attempt to cause a rotting of the roots of America.

America and the Christian western nations of this world were in earlier years greatly blessed of God and became strong noble leaders of the world seeking to bring God and his goodness into the world. I have no idea how many devout missionaries gave up the comfortable life of their home land and went to foreign lands to carry the gospel of salvation in Jesus to the world. We fed much of the world and fought valiantly in costly wars on foreign soils to put down tyranny and oppression.

The strength of America and the western nations was their faith in God and life structured in accordance with God’s written word. This produced strong families and quality people who worked hard and accomplished much in every field of endeavor. There was no nation that could overpower America and those who allied with her. This was a result of abiding in the ways of God and His favor strengthening and multiplying the people. The enemy has overtaken a powerful godly nation by breaking down the core of strong godly moral life structure of the people and separating them from their roots of life in the provisions of love, power, and wisdom of God in Christ Jesus. The root system of mighty nations has become rotten with every form of immorality and God-resisting, if not God-hating, ways of life.

There is not anything much more useless than salt that has ceased to be salty. A godly nation that turns its back on God is the height of foolishness. There would be more hope for a people who had never known God than for those who have known His goodness and turned from Him. There is no hope for a nation that has known God, embraced the word of God, been partakers of the Holy Spirit, and experienced the power of God, if it then turns away from God.

America and western nations have turned to false gods of humanism, self-seeking, self-serving, and powerless religious man-made systems which have allowed anti-Christ spirits to employ devious schemes to destroy the people’s and the nation’s root system of being rooted and grounded in the love of God in Christ Jesus.

Hebrews 6: 4-8: For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted the heavenly gift, and have become partakers of the Holy Spirit, and have tasted the good word of God and the powers of the age to come, if they fall away, to renew them again to repentance, since they crucify again for themselves the Son of God, and put Him to an open shame.

For the earth which drinks in the rain that often comes upon it, and bears herbs useful for those by whom it is cultivated, receives blessing from God; but if it bears thorns and briers, it is rejected and near to being cursed, whose end is to be burned.

The nations with rotting roots will fall.

However, the people of God, who are being purified through the fall of nations and who endure the persecution from the anti-Christ armies that overrun the land, will arise in the brightness of the glory of God.

The holy remnants of God’s people in America and around the world are moving into a glorious time in the greatly increased light and presence of God.Their roots and entire life structure is blessed of God and filled with His life and strength. The joy of the Lord fills their hearts even in the midst of thousands falling at their sides. This is beyond reason and understanding to the natural mind. It is peace that goes well beyond understanding. The peace of God is not frivolous but a deep reality of the presence of God and His glory abiding with us as we abide in Him.

Preparing for the fall of the nations

Forget the extreme “preppers” who seek to fortify themselves and stash away goods but neglect the far greater reality of turning to God with their whole hearts and becoming spiritually prepared by cutting out the rotten wood of their lives. The first step to survival through the fall of the nations is to lose your life now – to give up the independent thinking of being the master of your own life. Present your bodies as living sacrifices and renew your mind to the things of God. Set your minds, your life affection, on things above and not on things upon the earth. Seek the real baptism of the Spirit of God ruling and reigning in your life. Be filled with the Spirit, walk in the Spirit in intimate oneness with God in Christ by the Holy Spirit.

Your survival will be supernatural and miraculous as you walk in full obedience to the Spirit of God. Do whatever God by His Spirit gives you to do. Do not be concerned about reasoning it out in your natural mind, and especially don’t look at what someone else is doing or not doing and judge what God has given you to do as unreasonable. Consider how tremendously foolish Noah looked to all the people around him who perished in the great flood.

Timely obedience will cause the new living conditions and systems of life to fit together with other people who are also walking in obedience to the leading of God by the Holy Ghost. The old fashioned term of Holy Ghost will have some increased light for us in seeing what God is saying and doing in this coming day of America and other western nations being invaded with persecution.

Prior to the imminent crash of the nations, the Holy Ghost is bringing a glorious exchange from darkness to light in a multitude of small groups and gatherings for specific purposes in strategic places across the land.

It is time now to earnestly seek God for direction of your part in the soon coming changes and then to quickly obey the Lord in whatever changes He gives to you. It is urgent to pray and obey, but do not wait to see the whole plan before moving with what God is saying to begin now. But rather move quickly with the part that is revealed to you in your times of intimate prayer communion with God.

Learn to not casually share with others what God is doing with you. Speak only what and when you are led of God by the Spirit to share. Casual talking without discretion may lead to sensitive information reaching the wrong ears. This is not to be by human effort or suspiciously controlling, but by simply hearing from God before talking about the special things God is giving you to do and be.

Peace in the Valley

One of the greatest seasons for the worldwide body of Christ Jesus of all time is just ahead.The purity and holiness of freedom from ALL mixture will be brought about by persecution from the ungodly world. There will be no continuing opportunity for true believers to be tempted to mix with the evil world system as it has been in the past.

What the western church systems failed to do in separating from the evil while loving the people will be done through persecution. The world will so hate us that they will separate from any relationship with the people of God. The resulting purity and holiness will bring forth intimate oneness with God. His nature and attributes shall become our way of life. All things are now possible to those who believe. Our righteousness, peace, and joy will be full at the table God prepares for us in the midst of our enemies. His rod and staff will comfort us as we abide with Him in his full light and life while in the valley of the shadow of death (Psalm 23).

If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit - Rom 5:25.

Angus Buchan says he has a hope to see “total revival” in the United States “starting with the men and spreading to the family, communities and nation as a whole”. Buchan spoke to more than 10,000 men at the Mighty Men Conference in Nashville, Tennessee. A few months before he addressed a similar-sized gathering at the University in Murfreesboro.

TBN Founder Paul Crouch Dies at 79 - 12/3/2013
Paul Crouch, co-founder of the Trinity Broadcasting Network, has passed away at age 79. Crouch had suffered for more than a decade with heart problems. He was into the hospital in October and for awhile needed a ventilator to help him breathe. But he had returned home early in November amid reports he was doing better. TBN will have a lasting impact around the world.


Ukraine protestors call for nationwide strike - Thousands protest Ukraine's president. - 12/3/2013
About a million protestors took to the streets in Ukraine, as protests continue against President Yanukovich. He refused to sign an agreement allowing free trade with the European Union, but rather signed with Russia. There was a peaceful protest and Police went in and beat protestors. "This shifted to resisting a government abusing its power.'" An avalanche of unrest.

This typhoon was the most powerful storm ever to hit land. It killed thousands, left thousands missing and homeless, and destroyed countless buildings. Up to 700,000 people have nowhere to live.
