I love watching the people in our church ministering to others! If I did everything, the people would do nothing. Isn't that the problem with today's traditional church as usual thing? We keep telling everyone that New Beginnings Fellowship is "Our Church!" It's not my church, we all own it, we're all ministers in it, I may be pastor, that's my calling, but my job is to help others catch the vision of doing the work of the ministry. The neat thing is that this is happening. I love it... some meetings I just sit back and watch everyone minister to others.
