While praying this morning I heard the Lord saying "
Don't give up"

What ever you are dealing with right now ( you name it)
is a matter of life!

Thank the Lord that you are alive and you have HOPE for
tomorrow.

Remember, the Lord renews his mercy and loving kindness
every morning!

Stand in his presence with confident, Lift up your face
toward him and shout "Hope arise in Jesus name" and
receive with gladness His goodness in the Land of the
living! God is alive! God is alive!

Lamentations 3:23-26

23They are new every morning; great and abundant is Your
stability and faithfulness.

24The Lord is my portion or share, says my living being
(my inner self); therefore will I hope in Him and wait
expectantly for Him.

25The Lord is good to those who wait hopefully and
expectantly for Him, to those who seek Him [inquire of
and for Him and require Him by right of necessity and on
the authority of God's word].

26It is good that one should hope in and wait quietly for
the salvation (the safety and ease) of the Lord.

While reading my devotions this morning I came to a word
from "Faith Tabernacle" that confirmed the above word
from the Lord. Here it is

Faith Tabernacle
April 18, 2012
SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS:

In a vision I saw a little pink pig. It looked pretty
clean and was on a grassy knoll. But, it began to root
around and dig as if to make a wallow. And, the Lord
showed me that a weapon is being formed against the body
of Christ to convince us that our efforts to be spiritual
just aren't working. It's too hard to keep praying; it's
too hard to continue to war against the enemy; it's too
hard to overcome the flesh. The enemy wants us to give
up and go back to wallowing in the mire. The Lord says,
refuse to give up. Your walk in the Spirit will prepare
and cause you to overcome the flesh, the world, and the
devil.

2 Peter 2:20-22 For if, after they have escaped the
pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord
and Savior Jesus Christ, they are again entangled in them
and overcome, the latter end is worse for them than the
beginning. For it would have been better for them not to
have known the way of righteousness, than having known
it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered to them.
But it has happened to them according to the true
proverb: "A dog returns to his own vomit," and, "a sow,
having washed, to her wallowing in the mire."

Amen, my walk in the spirit is preparing me and causing me to overcome my flesh, the world and the devil!!!  \o/  As the song goes I'm singing out, "I cannot be defeated. "NO!" And I will not quit!  Redeemed by the BLOOD OF JESUS, I'm saved from satan's pit!  JESUS fought and He won the battle AND HE GAVE IT ALL TO ME...I cannot be defeated! I'm saved! I'm healed! I'm FREE!"  YEAH GOD!  TY JESUS!  Love you ALL

I love it..I love Him..He is encouraging us in so many
ways to stay focused on Him..He will and is taking us
through..A couple of mornings ago during a time of
aloneness with Him...talking to Him..worshiping Him...I
heard the following words from Him:

      "BEHOLD" THIS BEAUTIFUL DAY!
FILLED WITH MY MERCY AND GRACE
JUST KEEP YOUR MIND FOCUSED ON ME
      AND I WILL LEAD YOU....
      STRAIGHT TO MY FACE."

He is our confidence...our hope...in Him I will trust!
Thank you Maryam and Gayle for the encouragement
received!
Blessings in Jesus Name,

Julie, my sister! I am amazed by God and his goodness all the way!

While praying for you, (Psalm 121 ) was quickened to my spirit! Julie, I know that you know that HE IS ALL WHAT YOU NEED AND YOU HAVE HIM :) The Lord may tarry sometimes but it is all for a reason and all is well with him! May God's strength be renewed in you to stand strong on your faith  in Jesus name!

Psalm 121

King James Version (KJV)

121 I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help.

My help cometh from the Lord, which made heaven and earth.

He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber.

Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.

The Lord is thy keeper: the Lord is thy shade upon thy right hand.

The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night.

The Lord shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul.

The Lord shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore.

Glory to God and blessings to you!

Maryam

I read this word yesterday and was hoping that God was encouraging me.  Later that day, God was so faithful, after deep repentance, He restored my soul.  I had felt so weak/afraid in my soul for over a month..it was like a gapeing wound.  I had been pressing in with fasting, prayer, soaking, the Word.  Finally, I deeply repented of the thing I needed to repent of and He is so faithful to restore my soul!  It is even raining in West Texas today. Thank you, your word was an encouragment to keep pressing in.

oh Maryam... thank you for what you shared.... Right now I am separated from my husband who is in active addiction and major denial.... had to walk away and choose God b/c the situation was destroying me .. I just could not continue to enable or stay in my codependent ways ... so I threw myself in to Al-anon, am reading everything I can find to understand the disease and mindset of addiction and learning that I can't fix it, didn't cause it, can't cure it, will NOT continue contributing to it...

Walking out took great courage and I am proud of myself for caring enough about ME to do this... but moreso, I need GOD and I need to be able to live for and serve God w/out abuse and dysfunction.

That scripture was a good word... one of my favs in fact... I am powerless and life has gotten really unmanageable .. rather than continue trying the same thing over and over expecting different results, I have chose to turn it all over to the Lord... and I mean, TOTALLY.... lol .. no more meddling and helping God out... He can do what he needs to do without my input or help... and I am healing... God is showing me so much and changing my heart and thinking... I am rejoicing in the Lord and giving Him thanks IN all that is going on... knowing that HE has a plan and a time and season and his purposes for me are for GOOD to give me hope and a future ...

says He is going to reconcile my marriage... and that is fine... I will trust HIM to do as he said and not 'kick against the pricks' on it.... but its out of my control.... and I've put my husband and marriage and our family in my 'God Box' and I am keepin my hands off...

He says He is proud of me for leaving.. that he doesn't advocate abuse and now He is free to work.... I can 'stand still and SEE the salvation of the Lord' ...

I will lift up my eyes to the hills, from where does my help come from? My help comes from the LORD maker of heaven and earth... HE IS ENOUGH!!

bless you immensely!!

Amen Maryam! I praise Him b/c HE is my God, He is my glory and the lifter of my head!  I give HIM all praise and honor b/c HE is worthy!  I am powerless but HE is ALL powerful... all my days were written in His book before one came to pass... I trust my God and rejoice that I will see the glory of the Lord in the land of the living ... satan is forever DEFEATED, and I am dancing on his head!!  Glory to the Most High God... Let God Most High be exalted and glorified in me... in my life, situation, location ... Amen!!

Bless you sista!!

hugs
