The bombing killed at least 10 people and wounded 15 more, including foreigners from Germany, Norway, and Peru.

Deputy Prime Minister Numan Kurtulmus also said the bomber was a 28-year-old Syrian national.

Meanwhile, Islamic State terrorists struck in Iraq Monday, targeting a shopping mall in Baghdad.

After setting off a car bomb, they launched a suicide attack on the mall in a Shiite area, killing 18 people and wounding 50 others. Iraqi forces killed two of the gunmen and arrested four.

ISIS posted an online statement saying it targeted an area where many Shiite Muslims are known to gather and warned of "worse" to come.

Also Monday, a back-to-back suicide attacks targeted a cafe in a town north of Baghdad, killing at least 24 people.

And in a crowded area in southeast Baghdad, a car bomb explosion killed at least five people and wounded 12 others.
