Fear, Faith and a Prayer
Fear
I AM
Has not given a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound
mind. --2 Tim 1:7
Fear is the opposite of Faith; a lack of trust
Without faith it is impossible to please Him , for he who comes to God
must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently
seek Him. --Heb 11:6
BELIEVE
I AM
Diligently seek me, incline your ear.
I AM speaking
My sheep follow because they know my voice --Jn 10:4
Listen closely for my words
Keep them ever before you, in the midst of your heart
For they are life, to the body. --Prov 4:20-22
Bringing faith, hope and love to those who hear and receive them.
Faith comes from hearing, and hearing by the word of Christ.
--Rom 10:17
Your faith and love have arisen because of the hope which is laid up for
you in heaven, of which you heard before in the word of the truth of the
gospel ... --Col 1:5
BELIEVE
I AM
Diligently receive my words.
Get a glimpse of how wide, long, high and deep my love is for you
It stretches to the heavens with faithfulness
... reaching beyond the skies --Ps 36:5
Such love has no fear -- for perfect love casts out all fear. --1 Jn 4:18
Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged; I AM with you. --Deut 31:8
BELIEVE
I AM
Diligently seek me, incline your ear, receive my words.
Be filled with my perfect love
Be filled to the measure of all
... the fullness(the presence, power, agency, riches) of God and of Christ.
Do not be afraid
BELIEVE
I AM
Able more than able!
Ephesiands 3:14-21
14For this reason I kneel before the Father, 15from whom his whole
family in heaven and on earth derives its name. 16I pray that out of his
glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in
your inner being, 17so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith.
And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, 18may have
power, together with all the saints, to grasp how wide and long and
high and deep is the love of Christ, 19and to know this love that
surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the
fullness of God.
20Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or
imagine, according to his power that is at work within us, 21to him be
glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for
ever and ever! Amen.
