Joseph’s Stored Provision

The good news of the gospel of the kingdom is coming forth into the hearts of God’s people. The kingdom is again being preached in the world. The powerful presence of God is among His people to restore the reality of the love of the Truth, the Life, and the Way.

God is intervening in a most powerful way to turn the hearts of people toward the truth of the kingdom of God way of life. The gospel of the kingdom is taking its proper place as the rudimental foundation of life in the world as it is in heaven. Everything must change as the kingdom way of life enters the world through the pure hearts and lives of holy men and women filled with the Spirit of God. Great shaking is being released from God to bring down the kingdoms of the enemy established in the darkness of the fallen world. Secular and religious gods that have deceived the people of the world are falling as Christ Jesus is taking up residence by the Spirit of God in His people.

The worldwide shakings are making the way for the kingdom of God.

The Babylonian world systems are falling. Worldwide economic depression is becoming a reality. That which made the merchandisers of the world rich is crumbling. The evil gods of greed, wanton pleasure, lust, and pride have done their dirty work of corrupting the nations of the world. Jesus spoke clearly of a time of tribulation through which the elect of God’s choosing will be spared.

Mark 13:19-20:  "For in those days there will be tribulation, such as has not been since the beginning of the creation which God created until this time, nor ever shall be. And unless the Lord had shortened those days, no flesh would be saved; but for the elect's sake, whom He chose, He shortened the days.”

God’s Providence of Survival

In the Book of Genesis, God prepared Joseph and used him in a miraculous way to store and provide food for a time of great famine.

Two years of severe famine had left all of Joseph’s family including his father and all his brothers and their families without food enough to survive. Joseph had been prepared through faithfully enduring a series of serious abuses to receive the wisdom and blessing of God to be placed in a position of management over gathering and storing great amounts of provision for the coming seven years of famine. The land of Egypt was blessed to endure the famine because of the wisdom given Joseph to store up grain for the coming famine. Joseph’s father and all his family were saved from starvation and kept through the hard time by Joseph’s stored provision. The entire family that was to become the nation of Israel was spared by the works of God through the faithful life of Joseph.

Joseph’s brothers had sold him as a boy to Midianite traders who sold him in Egypt to Potiphar, an officer of Pharaoh and captain of the guard. God had a significant purpose in all of this. It is also important to note the hard times were used to restore Joseph and his family. Joseph did not understand the purpose of all he went through until the famine came. He spoke the following words to his brothers.

Gen 45:6-8:  "For these two years the famine has been in the land, and there are still five years in which there will be neither plowing nor harvesting. And God sent me before you to preserve a posterity for you in the earth, and to save your lives by a great deliverance. So now it was not you who sent me here, but God; and He has made me a father to Pharaoh, and lord of all his house, and a ruler throughout all the land of Egypt.”

God has many Josephs today who have not turned away from God or given up through their years of abuse and separation. They have been found faithful and blessed with God’s wisdom and grace gifts to gather and store provisions during the good years to sustain God’s people in the lean years ahead. They may not have understood the purpose of either the abuses they have suffered or the prosperity God has given them.

We are yet in a short season for the Josephs among us to prepare.

Men and women who may have suffered rejection from spiritual or natural family but have been graced with the blessings of God’s provisions may have not known what God’s plan was for them. However, God has had His hand on them from the beginning and will reveal His plan for them.

How should we prepare? This question can be answered in two words, HEAR and OBEY.

Personally hearing God by the Spirit is vital to navigate unchartered courses through turbulent times unto the great victory of the kingdom of God. There is no single course or plan that fits all. There are many parts to be fulfilled requiring many different gifts and skills. Victory is assured as every part functions in its place under the specific direction of the Great Apostle, Lord and King Jesus by the indwelling Sprit of God.

One cannot obey the direction of God if one cannot hear God, and one will not continue to hear God if one will not obey Him. He will not keep leading those who follow their own way or another way. We must not take lightly the Lord’s specific direction to “SEEK FIRST THE KINGDOM OF GOD AND HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS and all these things will be added to you.” Secular and religious cultures have taught us to seek many things but not the one really essential thing of seeking the kingdom of God first, above all else.

Seeking the kingdom of God and finding it is a real life experience and not just a learning experience. Experiencing a practical real relationship with God is finding and entering the kingdom of God. Connecting into the real kingdom changes everything. Love rules in God’s kingdom because God is love, and everything in God’s kingdom flows from Him. Righteousness is aligning completely with His will, His way, and His desire. God’s kingdom works by His love, wisdom, and power imparted to His sons and daughters in Christ by His Spirit.

Truly knowing God walking in His Spirit communing with Him fills our hearts and lives with love beyond understanding. A new wisdom comes to reside within. Material wealth and the prideful things are no longer sought after to fill our lives. The needs and injustices of others become of greater personal concern. The desires of our hearts and souls are changed. Our thoughts are no longer, “how can I get more and have more pleasure and comfort, and how can I appear more important and prosperous?” Our thought patterns are changed to, “how can I help make things better for the suffering and struggling people of the world, and how can I be used to help others find the real love and purpose for life in God?” When God’s real love and wisdom fills our lives, then the power of God becomes available to us to do something about the desperate needs of people in a tumultuous season of extreme change.

Some who accumulated wealth as “tax collectors” suddenly are changed and become the instruments of God to meet the needs of God’s people around the world. Others receive inheritances from those who have gathered. Major fortunes that may have been gathered by greed will be released by God’s hand for the provision of His faithful people. Major holdings of real property and commodities will be made available to rescue the people of God. Other holdings will be liquidated and used to meet the basic needs of God’s people in transition into the kingdom of God on earth as it is in heaven.

This is not a message of doom and gloom, and it is not even a negative message. The glorious kingdom of God is coming forth on earth, and there is much light shining forth to bring forth the joy of the Lord in His people. This is a message of the truth of God replacing the deception and evil darkness that has stolen generations of people and is trying to destroy our young people. The evil that has robbed the world of the glorious provisions of God is being defeated. It is a time for the righteousness and purity of God to fill the earth.

This is the time for the people of God to rise up in faith and fulfill their God-given destiny, a time to boldly preach the gospel of the kingdom and rescue the perishing, and a time to worship and celebrate the Lord with your whole heart and strength. This is a time to give ALL and hold back nothing. The glory of the Lord is risen upon you.

Isa 60:1-5:  Arise, shine; For your light has come! And the glory of the LORD is risen upon you. For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, And deep darkness the people; But the LORD will arise over you, And His glory will be seen upon you. The Gentiles shall come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your rising. Lift up your eyes all around, and see: They all gather together, they come to you; your sons shall come from afar, and your daughters shall be nursed at your side. Then you shall see and become radiant, And your heart shall swell with joy; Because the abundance of the sea shall be turned to you, The wealth of the Gentiles shall come to you.

Mat 6:31-33:  "Therefore do not worry, saying, 'What shall we eat?' or 'What shall we drink?' or 'What shall we wear?' For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.”

Keep on pursuing love.

Amen, my Brother Ron, Amen! "This is a time to GIVE ALL and hold back NOTHING." Just like ABBA FATHER & JESUS did for us, they gave ALL and held back NOTHING. HALLELUJAH TO CHRIST THE KING OF KINGS AND THE LORD OF LORDS! GLORY TO GOD IN THE HIGHEST!!! \o/\o/\o/ Love you ALL-prayin' & decreein' & rejoicin'-Arise, shine, for the glorious LIGHT of God Almighty is living in you! This is a message of the truth of God replacing the deception and evil darkness that has stolen generations of people and is trying to destroy our young people. The evil that has robbed the world of the glorious provisions of God is being defeated. It is a time for the righteousness and purity of God to fill the earth.

An all this in the midst of gross darkness.
