Don't rush: Stop striving to be where you feel I want
you to be, Trust my plan and allow me to lead you. I
will continue to place situations to test you; To give
you opportunities to grow in my ways. As you trust me to
lead you through the pathways you will find my power
already at work.

Don't rush, but dwell with me.

STOP STRIVING

 

Stop striving my children

I want you to rest

I made the rules

I know what’s best

You can’t win my heart

By striving you see

You win my heart

By worshipping me

By putting me first

In all that you do

By releasing your time

Where there’s just me and you

Child put down your idols

For they make you strive

Just surrender to me

Give me your life

My yoke is easy

My burden is light

I don’t weigh you down

Make you work day and night

Stop striving my children

I want you to rest

I made the rules

I know what’s best

Thanks Steven. I needed this. Gosh, I don't know
why I have a tendency to "rush" insted of rest. This
helped place my heart more at ease. Bless you for
sharing.
