CBN News COLORADO SPRINGS, CO - Dr. James Dobson, known to millions as the host of the Focus on the Family radio program, will be leaving the daily radio broadcast. Dobson, 73, along with Focus on the Family spokesperson Gary Schneeberger, announced that he will leaving the broadcast the end of February 2010. Schneeberger said the decision was mutually agreed upon by Dobson and the organization board. He said more details would be forthcoming. The evangelical leader has slowly reduced his role role at the ministry he founded as part of a plan of succession.
