BEYOND THE STRENGTH OF MEN
Kriston Couchey
MISSION IMPOSSIBLE
In this day of problems that seem to be unsolvable there is NOTHING impossible for God. The turmoil and trouble facing mankind has come to a boiling point. There is no answer in the politics of men. The economics of the world's systems are fragile, and the failure of another large institution, be it a bank or nation, may bring the world's economy crumbling to the ground. Religious ideologies push men farther and farther apart, causing men to hate men and shed the blood of their brothers.
Nations are splintering as ethnic groups rise up to claim their rights as a seperate people from others. The proliferation of nuclear technologies and materials is beyond the control of the global community to police or track. The world is out of control and no man has the answer for it.
THE STATE OF THE CHURCH
Many claiming to be the church of Jesus Christ have splintered into thousands of small groups that cannot agree. Immorality plagues leadership and follower alike, making the gospel of the kingdom seem a fools hopes for many. Doctrines and leadership are so diverse and in opposition that there is no answer in sight for a lasting unity. Even men who are seeking God seem to disagree and are in disunity at times.
Our flesh seems to never die, always wanting to poke it's head up and insert it's will into the affairs of God and man, defiling and opposing the purposes of God; bringing disrepute to the name of Christ Jesus. When we have made progress suddenly our flesh rises up and reminds us of our nature of clay; an earthen vessel.
THE GLORY OF THE COMING KING
God Himself ALWAYS is the ONLY answer for our broken lives and broken situations. The early apostles were birthed into God's purposes at Pentecost; after a time of great failure, betrayal, and the end of the strength of their flesh. Father is bringing men to end of themselves. It is from this place of a lack of human strength that He will bring healing, restoration, and glory.
God is NOT going to share glory due His name with man, but He will glorify HIMSELF in man. He is coming in His glory to display the splendor of his Might, and shine the light of His great love, grace, and goodness so that no man can boast in themselves. What He is doing in this hour will lay low the works of men in all of it's aspects; in the world, His body, and individually. Our position before Him is to remain in humility, obedience and faith. He is coming with his reward for those that wait on Him and will make all things new.
We will see the purity and perfection of the bride come forth as the result of GOD making her ready, not her own efforts of self righteousness. Our flesh is burning in the fire of His glory, so that no man may glory in his own strength. The world will marvel at Him who was crucified and risen; as in this appointed hour He rises like the morning son in His people with Healing in His wings. Let's rejoice in faith and press in to Him. Praise God He is coming!!

Ordinary measures will not do any more ,
For I have swung wide the door ,
Warfare that is behind shall stay there ,

15But as the One Who called you is holy, you yourselves also be holy in all your conduct and manner of living.

Leviticus 11:44 (Amplified Bible) 44For I am the Lord your God; so consecrate yourselves and be holy, for I am holy; neither defile yourselves with any manner of thing that multiplies in large numbers or swarms.(A)
1 Thessalonians 4:7-8 (Amplified Bible) 7For God has not called us to impurity but to consecration [to dedicate ourselves to the most thorough purity]. 8Therefore whoever disregards (sets aside and rejects this) disregards not man but God, Whose [very] Spirit [Whom] He gives to you is holy (chaste, pure).
