FIRE BY NIGHT

                                           "Reflections Upon Reflections" [of The Father's Heart]

        ...."You, in Your great compassion, did not forsake them in the wilderness; The pillar of cloud did not leave them by day, to guide them on their way, nor the pillar of fire by night, to light for them the way in which they were to go".... Nehemiah 9:19 NASB

THE PITFALL [SNARE] OF ONE THINKING THAT THEY HAVE "ARRIVED"

Words of Prophecy

*       Many of My children "think" that they have "arrived" but truly I say to you, before one can "arrive" [in the fullness of their Kingdom-position, and destiny in Christ] they must first "depart" [from the world and its ways].

"arrive" - reach one's destination;

*       Failure to "abide" in My Word [Will] in this final hour will most surely mean the failure to succeed! There are many who have deemed their ministry a success, but their idea of success is not based solely on the fulfilment of My Will, but on the fulfilment of their "preconceived notion" of My Will. For if they had a "burning vision" of My highest purposes and plans - kept alive by a continual guarding of their hearts with "all diligence", and a forsaking of all that serves only to remove them from the "high life" [zoe] they would never have come to a place of "comfort" [thinking they had "arrived] wherein they selfishly set their heart on the "increase" of My blessing rather than pressing on in My perfect Will - oblivious to Satan's attempts to hinder or stop them from fulfilling all that "I" called them to.

*         All those who truly love Me with a whole heart, know and understand that the point of "true arrival" comes only when the fullness of their task is done, and they stand before Me at the end of their "time on earth".

*        There is no way for My children to measure their spiritual growth except for a continued walking in perfect obedience.

        ...."Therefore let anyone who thinks he stands [who feels sure that he has a steadfast mind and is standing firm], take heed lest he fall [into sin]"....  1 Corinthians 10:12 The Amplified Translation

        ...."Not that I [Paul] have already obtained it or have already become perfect, but I press on so that I may lay hold of that for which also I was laid hold of by Christ Jesus. Brethren, I do not regard myself as having laid hold of it yet; but one thing I do: forgetting what lies behind and reaching forward to what lies ahead, I press on toward the goal for the prize of the [continually] upward call of God in Christ Jesus".... Philippians 3:12-14 NASB

        ...."for the kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit".... Romans 14:17 NASB

        It is important for one to remember [as they pursue the fullness of their Kingdom-position and destiny in Christ] that they are ALWAYS [in the sight of the Father] much closer to spiritual maturity than they know [consciously] - and, yet, on the other hand, as they advance in spiritual things they must continually guard against the pitfall [snare] that some have fallen into of "thinking" that they have "arrived" [which leads to a "certain" plateau {and great darkness} - spiritually speaking]. Because of these things, it is of the utmost importance for one to simply be found "maintaining" peace and joy in their heart [through an abiding faith, love and obedience] in what can only be defined as a "most critical hour" on every front. Clearly, it is time it is time for all those who are truly seeking the "fullness" of their precious destiny [in Christ] to focus on the "priorities" that the Holy Spirit places on their heart in this season. For ONLY He can unfold things in a manner that will bring about the fullness of the Father's purpose in one's personal life - and in the lives of all those in their sphere of existence who are truly seeking Him.

There are some who need to read this over about a hundred times just for starters.....
