the point is the new jerusalem is part of the kingdom now you are revealing...the river , yes is part of the kingdom ...and Jesus is already here...in us and thru us ...that is how He is being manifested[rom 8] thru us His bride...these are revelations that most of the body is ignorant to because of literal false teaching,,,but the body is beginning to start to get it and it is coming thru us who He has revealed it to because of hours and hours of digging in to the Word and spending time in His Spirit
