A recent experience with the Muslim Community of Tennessee

This report (below) is an objective statement of a recent experience.
It describes the real and active presence of Muslims and Islam in the United States.
I can no longer be pastorally passive concerning their presence.
My response must be active, continuous, and godly.
I pray it may be so for you.
John Boggs
On Tuesday, June 4th, 2013 at 6:30 PM, my wife and I attended a presentation made by the Muslim community.
It occured in Manchester, Tennessee in a public governmental building.
It was attended by approximately 800 persons in the meeting room and 200 persons in adjacent hallways.
A Muslim representative stated that the Muslim population in Tennessee is 63,000 persons.
Their presence is evident in the construction of a 52,000 square foot mosque in Murfreesboro. Tn.
The presentation consisted videos, Muslim speakers, and speakers from the U. S. Attorney General's Office and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
The first video attested to the positive Muslim influence in the town of Shelbyville, Tn.
Various speakers, including Christian clergy, attested to the value of Islam in Shelbyville.
A second video presented the benefits of Islam in general for America and the world.
At the mention of their peaceful presence in daily life and in the military of the USA the room erupted.
The people stood and shouted, "Fort Hood, Ford Hood, Fort Hood."
Similar responses were made to other like statements subsequently made by the presenters.
The Muslims were totally non plussed in their response.
The video also spoke of the unfounded basis for Islamaphobia in the USA.
The U.S. attorney general for East Tennessee then spoke.
He presented the federal laws that protect every USA citizen in the expression of free speech.
He made clear the right of every citizen of the USA to advocate their beliefs.
The chief agent of the FBI affirmed the legal penalties for those who hinder religious free speech.
The Muslims stated that they would entertain dialogue and questions.
However, they required all questions be submitted in written form.
At question and answer time they announced that only two questions would be responded to.
The reason: the meeting time had been unduly extended by negative audience responses to their presentation ("Fort Hood, Fort Hood, etc.)
They replied to two non controversial questions and closed the meeting.
Following the meeting I spoke with the two of the Muslim presenters.
I shared my prior experience of being directly told by a Muslim man (with intense hatred) that all non Muslims must convert or be killed.
I asked for them to explain this in light of their profession of their peaceful presence.
I requested clarification of the Koran's teaching that non Muslims (Kafirs) may be deceived, lied to, hated, mocked, tortured.
They said they did not know the answer to my question and that I would have to talk to the man to who said it.
Their replies were evasive and diversionary each time I posed the question.
I then felt it reasonable to conjecture that the Muslims are confident that:
Their present numerical growth rate will bring them to a majority position at the ballot box.
Then they may proceed to eliminate the Constitutional form of government that affords the ballot box to all.
The exercise of their constitutional voting rights will bring them to a majority position in which they may eliminate all such rights.
Their exercisng their voting rights to take majority control is the Achilles heel of our form of political government.
They can thereby bring all to the position of having only two choices : to convert or die.
Many remain ignorant or indifferent to 1 Peter 5:8, Titus 3:10, Romans 16:17, 2 John 10, and 2 Tim. 2: 16-17.
Thank you,
Father John Boggs
Cookeville, Tn
