“You're On The Good Side Now”

There are many of you reading this now that have gone through the worst of the worst, month after month, and year after year. And the worst just seemed to keep going without end until you felt like you would rather die than for things to keep on going the way they were. But the Lord wants you to know today that even though you may not see it yet, you’re on the good side now; and soon things will start getting better for you until your old painful wilderness life just becomes a vague memory.

But know this too; your only way forward will be spiritual first and not some big breakthrough in the natural that will finally set you free. You see, God allowed all of these harsh things to come in order to not only drive you back to Him, but to keep you there this time until you’re truly comfortable being consistently obedient and connected to Him. He is simply returning you to your First Love, and He is going to keep you there close to Him in the folds of His robe while He does His work through you.

This is your day to consecrate yourself, seek God with all your heart, and to get ready to cross your spiritual Jordan River soon. On the other side will be great conquest and great victory as the Lord leads you by His Spirit to conquer in His name. So no matter how grueling and heartbreaking things have been over the long months and years, real change is coming soon for you just like it came for the Israelites when they crossed their river of change. So take hope, you are on the good side now!
