One recent day I wore a newer shirt to work. It was not until I was home
that evening, getting ready for bed, that I saw something on the back of
the shirt. It was a plastic label. It was still on the back of my shirt. All day
I had worn that shirt at work and home and no one mentioned to me
about that label.

Because of where the label was located, I could not see it. Although it was
comical, I was embarrassed. I asked God about my label and he replied,
“You never asked me.”

How many times in my life do I have a label, or await others to explain my
label, when in fact, God alone knows me.

Awesome! And I can totally relate. Instead
9f waiting for someone else to tell us we
can go directly to God and He'll tell us
what we need to know concerning our lives.

Such a simple truth but definitely a golden
nugget.

Blessings

Yes: Sometimes we have labels and be they true/false, we are aware of them.

Other times we are not aware of they exist and it matters not; but we may misrepresent God.

Sometimes we wish to be labeled, so we think to know how to act in situations.

Yet how often do I fail to ask God what he sees and what needs correction?
