Today I was contemplating what the Word teaches about Jesus healing the lame, the blind, the sinners, the dying, the dead and the lepers. To the Leper Jesus instructed: “Rise and go your way YOUR FAITH has made you well.” To the woman with the issue of blood, He said: “Daughter be encouraged YOUR FAITH has made you well.” To the blind He said, “Because of YOUR FAITH, it will happen.” What stands prominently in Jesus’ instruction is the Word “Your” Faith. Clearly, from scriptures we learn that Believers have a role to fulfill when asking for healing. Men and women cannot willfully live devilish lives, ask for a healing, doubt and continue to live devilish lives. A believer is called to come out of the morass of that life, to come contritely to the Lord in total submission, faith and total belief that healing will flow from Him to them. True healing and conversion of the heart comes from within, it comes from Jesus, the indwelling Christ (I am hearing POWER), whom the FATHER loved and sent. Him and only Him did GOD the FATHER empower without measure, without limit; Him and only Him came down into this dimension to die and resurrect to sacrificially and legally redeem humanity from the law of sin and death associated with mental, spiritual and physical illnesses.
Lord, help sleeping humanity awaken to the works of your precious and healing Holy Spirit. Awaken humanity to your truth and bring back to life the dead; also bring back to life the dead who who think they are alive. Open human understanding during these critical days. Let your Word and Holy Spirit calibrate, infuse and transform our human minds and hearts into your image of all that is good, all that is right: all that is holy. Help us to meld into you and with you with deep faith and belief because there is still so much about you that you are calling us to know and understand. Help us get out of YOUR way, Lord, so that you can have YOUR way with us. Praise be to the FATHER for having sent you, His first begotten Son!
He that cometh from above is above all: he that is of the earth is earthly, and speaketh of the earth: he that cometh from heaven is above all. And what he hath seen and heard, that he testifieth; and no man receiveth his testimony. He that hath received his testimony hath set to his seal that God is true. For he whom God hath sent ( Jesus Christ) speaketh the words of God: for God giveth not the Spirit by measure (without limit) unto Him. The Father loveth the Son, and hath GIVEN ALL THINGS UNTO HIS HAND . He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him. (Jn.3:31-36)
“Because of your Faith, it will happen.” (Jesus)
Keep the Faith!

There is absolutely always faith involved - you could say that faith is the critical ingredient in releasing God's power.

Unless the Father's will or
the Grace of Jesus intercedes
remember when they asked who
had sinned the parents or the
man and Jesus said neither he
was healed to Glorify The
Father

Hi Jeff,
Good point.
Also reminds me of the healing account of the ten lepers. Jesus approvingly singled out only one who returned to glorify (praise and thanking GOD).
And as he entered into a certain village, there met him ten men that were lepers, which stood afar off: And they lifted up their voices, and said, Jesus, Master, have mercy on us. And when he saw them, he said unto them, Go shew yourselves unto the priests. And it came to pass, that, as they went, they were cleansed. And one of them, when he saw that he was healed, turned back, and with a LOUD VOICE GLORIFIED GOD, And fell down on his face at his feet, giving him thanks: and he was a Samaritan. nd Jesus answering said, Were there not ten cleansed? but where are the nine? There are not found that returned to give glory to God, save this stranger. And he said unto him, Arise, go thy way: THY FAITH HATH MADE THEE WHOLE.
