The Lord has been showing me how we can be very similar to people of the bible......the Lord has directed me to read about Joseph again from Genesis......similar.......I have 6 sisters...was 7 but one was killed before I was born and 1 brother so both from large families......I was always sort of looked upon as having good grades and walking a good walk and very loved by my parents and I was the youngest one and many times in life I can and have felt like I have been in prison just because of circumstances in my life ...not actual prison...just the feeling of being trapped.....and then learning that even if I had nothing...and if I were living along the river bank or somewhere with nothing...as long as I have God I have all that I need...and I long for the promises of God...but in trusting in God and seeing how he continually answers prayers and questions...in one week I believe he recently answered at least 5 questions for me that only I probably wondered about every day things but I got my answers.....I'm just saying....God is awesome and the waiting can be hard some times....and the ups and downs in life can be rough...but please keep your eyes on Jesus...he is ALWAYS there...ALWAYS...PRAISE GOD AND BLESS EVERYONE...NEAR AND FAR.....THANK YOU JESUS...HIS LOVE ABOUNDS

Lovely post. God has been showing me that same thing lately
that the strong men that we hear of in the Bible were just
like us. Sometimes we tend to look at them as if they were
not regular humans, and God is really showing me how human
they were and the greatness that they showed was God
showing Himself strong on their behalf, but they were just
like us. They had times of great strengths but also times
of weakness and times of great perseverance in the midst of
great difficulties. And when God shows me how human they
were and how He brought them through their trials to
victory, it encourages me that we can be like they were,
showing great victories in times of great trial!

Rose, just wanted to share
I love Paul's ministry and pray for Him to use me just like Paul to minister to the Jewish church, as Paul ministered to the Gentile church
I love the grace he experienced from Jesus to go to a people he did not know, yet also laboured in prayer on behalf of his people the Jews

Dear Liv.....woooow beautiful...beautiful...beautiful...wooow...the presence of the Lord ...wooow...haaaa.haaa...ha as I was reading your post the Lord smiles upon you...I see many pastel roses ....woooow I don't know if you know in Pocahontas (children's movie) when the winds blow and the leaves make a swirling... whirling motion I see that but pastel roses over you....and that is the presence of the Lord surrounding you ...he has sooooo much...sooo much Love for you he knows your hearts desires...just stay close to him...woooow...feel his presence and his Love...God Bless you Dear One........he has you in his hand....Thank you Jesus...and in his heart I pray his presence knocks you off your chair...that is what I am seeing...the presence that strong......
