One Last Plank for Your Sukkah!

The amazing thing about the Body of Christ who receive
instruction from the Head, is that every joint supplies.
After reading my email on the year 5777, a dear friend
wrote to me and requested an article written many years
ago as the Spirit had reminded her of it in recent days
(thank you Millie!). When I read it out, apart from the
dates involved, it was as if I could have written it
yesterday. The problem with being a seer is that one
tends to have quite sharp long distance vision and it
seems that what you are seeing is imminent, whereas in
fact, it is quite a long way off. Others who are more
near-sighted cannot see what you see at all. I was
tempted to allow condemnation for a release of a word in
the wrong timing but then the Spirit reminded me that He
declares the end from the beginning. In other words, He
reveals the destination at the start of the journey, in
order to inspire and keep you moving along the path to
fulfillment.

The following word was given at the beginning of the
year 5771. We are presently in the first stages of the
year 5777, the year of completion. This means that six
full years of walking with the Spirit on this journey
have been completed now and we have entered the seventh
year, the final circuit round the same word burning in
our hearts. In a Jewish wedding, the bride walks seven
times around her husband under the chuppah or wedding
canopy. The word of the Lord is a pure word, refined in
the furnace of the earth seven times. If what the Lord
spoke at the beginning of year 1 of the journey still
speaks and sparks off even more understanding, then one
knows with a certainty that it was a word spoken from
the mouth of God. Much of what is written here will be
fully manifested in the year 5777 and everything God has
done in our heart in the preceding 6 years has built a
foundation deep within that will hold the weight of what
is coming in this 7th year. (Notice the mention of the
3-in-one earthquake coming to the Church, which was
mentioned in my article on the year 5777).

I have sent out an unusually large number of articles
since the beginning of Yom Kippur and as I sensed the
Lord’s nudge to send another to you on the eve of
Tabernacles, the Spirit reminded me what the Jewish
people are busy doing between Yom Kippur and Sukkot or
Tabernacles. Each family begins collecting material to
build their own sukkahs so that the temporary structure
is ready to inhabit by the start of Tabernacles on the
evening of the 15th of Tishrei. They live or at least
eat in these temporary dwellings for 7 days with great
joy, remembering how God provided for His people in the
wilderness. Each of the articles I have sent to you in
these four days has contained revelation or confirmation
which serves as a ‘plank’ to build your own ‘sukkah’
during this feast. The article below will contain the
final plank you need to complete your sukkah and put
together the puzzle pieces of your own wilderness
Journey to this point. Tabernacles is also called ‘the
season of our joy’ and ‘the festival of lights’. May you
spend the next seven days rejoicing as you look back to
the beginning of the last 7 years and taste and see
again how good God has been to you in guiding, feeding
and protecting you every step of the way! May the spring
of joy break forth within your own heart and may the oil
of joy anoint your head instead of the veil of mourning
and loss which has covered you for such a long season.
May you feast at the table He has prepared for you and
drink of the stream of His pleasures in the week ahead.

Psa 78:52 But [God] led His own people forth like sheep
and guided them [with a shepherd's care] like a flock in
the wilderness. Psa 78:53 And He led them on safely and
in confident trust, so that they feared not; but the sea
overwhelmed their enemies. Psa 78:54 And He brought
them to His holy border, the border of [Canaan] His
sanctuary, even to this mountain [Zion] which His right
hand had acquired.

The Season of Singing has Come (first released Sept
2010/Tishrei 5771)

We are presently in the ten days of awe between Rosh
Hashanah and Yom Kippur which falls on the 18th of
September 2010. During this time, the theme is
repentance from any area people are not in alignment
with His Word and His purposes. It is a time of grace
for reconciliation with the Father, with prodigals
returning and robes and rings being reinstated, a time
of returning to the blueprint planned in Heaven for our
lives and of the years which the locust has eaten being
restored.

Rosh Hashanah marked the clocking over into a new year
5771 in God's calendar. A new season has begun in the
spiritual realm and more than ever before these verses
from Isaiah resound in the atmosphere:

Isaiah 3:10 Say to the righteous that it shall be well
with him for he shall eat the fruit of his deeds. Isa
3:11 Woe to the wicked! It shall be ill with them, for
what their hands have done shall be done to them.

In South Africa where I live, it is Spring. The birds
are feverishly building new nests and there are blossoms
everywhere. Potential for great fruitfulness is in the
air and in the spiritual realm, for those who have
endured faithfully the long winter season, we have also
entered a fresh season, a time of seeing the fruit of
the spiritual travail we have been going through.

Son 2:10 My beloved speaks and says to me, Rise up, my
love, my fair one, and come away. Son 2:11 For, behold,
the winter is past; the rain is over and gone. Son 2:12
The flowers appear on the earth; the time of the singing
has come, and the voice of the turtledove is heard in
our land. Son 2:13 The fig tree puts forth and ripens
her green figs, and the vines are in blossom and give
forth their fragrance. Arise, my love, my fair one, and
come away.

The Bridegroom is calling His Bride to arise and embark
upon a new journey with Him – a journey very different
from the one which brought us to this point. Those who
have gone out weeping in the previous season bearing
precious seed, will come again with rejoicing bearing
their sheaves with them. The time to taste the
firstfruits harvest of our long labor in prayer is upon
us and surely we will taste and see that He is good!

The week before RH of the year 5771 was an interesting
one with God speaking loudly and clearly concerning the
year which was fast approaching. On the 1st September I
awoke to a few clearly spoken words deep in my spirit.
They were 'SUDDEN CHANGE'. The 7.1 magnitude earthquake
experienced by Christchurch, New Zealand in the predawn
hours of the 4th September was a shofar blast in the
Spirit for the Church of Jesus Christ. We know well that
judgment begins with the house of God but this
earthquake demonstrated so clearly what this entails.
Seismologists report that this quake was actually three
quakes in one, a hallmark signifying that our Three-in-
One God is speaking to His Body through this event. Fire
broke out in the inner city signifying the Lord coming
as a Refiner's fire to His Church as Malachi 3
describes. Furthermore, not one person died even though
the magnitude of the quake was similar to Haiti's
disastrous quake. It signifies we are not entering a
time of judgment unto destruction but of correction and
discipline for the Church in general so that she may
bear the fruit of righteousness such as Hebrews 12
describes:

Heb 12:6 For the Lord corrects and disciplines everyone
whom He loves, and He punishes, even scourges, every son
whom He accepts and welcomes to His heart and cherishes.
Heb 12:7 You must submit to and endure [correction] for
discipline; God is dealing with you as with sons. For
what son is there whom his father does not [thus] train
and correct and discipline? Heb 12:8 Now if you are
exempt from correction and left without discipline in
which all [of God's children] share, then you are
illegitimate offspring and not true sons [at all].
[Prov. 3:11, 12.] Heb 12:9 Moreover, we have had
earthly fathers who disciplined us and we yielded [to
them] and respected [them for training us]. Shall we not
much more cheerfully submit to the Father of spirits and
so [truly] live? Heb 12:10 For [our earthly fathers]
disciplined us for only a short period of time and
chastised us as seemed proper and good to them; but He
disciplines us for our certain good, that we may become
sharers in His own holiness.

Isaiah 66 is also a theme chapter for this time. Take
time out to read through it at your leisure. Of course,
while the Church at large is undergoing a three-in-one
shaking, there are those who have already been through a
long period of training and discipline and are now
emerging as a forerunner company from the wilderness
with the presence of the King in their midst as
described in Songs 3:

Son 3:6 Who or what is this that comes gliding out of
the wilderness like stately pillars of smoke perfumed
with myrrh, frankincense, and all the fragrant powders
of the merchant? Son 3:7 [Someone answered] Behold, it
is the traveling litter (the bridal car) of Solomon.
Sixty mighty men are around it, of the mighty men of
Israel. Son 3:8 They all handle the sword and are
expert in war; every man has his sword upon his thigh,
that fear be not excited in the night.

In chapters 5 and 6 we read how she shares with her
listeners, the daughters of Jerusalem, her revelation
of the beauty of the Bridegroom and this inspires them
to desire to see Him also. Here is a picture of the
influence this forerunner company will have upon the
rest of the Church. This bridal company is also
described thus:

Son 6:10 Who is this that looks forth like the dawn,
fair as the moon, clear and pure as the sun, and
terrible as a bannered host?

A bannered host, an army riding on white horses bearing
the names of the Lord of Hosts. The daughters of
Jerusalem gaze upon this Shulamite maiden and
acknowledge that they can see two armies, a heavenly one
intermingled with an earthly army:

Son 6:13 Return, return, O Shulamite; return, return,
that we may look upon you. What will you see in the
Shulamite? As it were the company of two armies.

This intermingling of the heavenly and the earthly will
be openly seen more and more in the coming days as God's
kingdom comes on earth as it is in Heaven. The day
before Rosh Hashanah, I was driving along and the Holy
Spirit drew my attention to the unusual cloud formation
ahead of me. As I looked, I could see an army on white
horses riding like the wind at full gallop and from
their hands, arrows were flying at great speed. I had
the sense they had received the word of release, that
the Lord had declared that the time of routing the enemy
had begun!

Joe 2:4 The appearance of them is as the appearance of
horses; and as horsemen, so shall they run. Joe 2:5
Like the noise of chariots on the tops of mountains
shall they leap, like the noise of a flame of fire that
devours the stubble, as a strong people set in battle
array.

The Lord utters His voice before this great army He has
released and none of His words shall be deferred any
more.

Eze 12:28 Therefore say to them, Thus says the Lord
God: There shall none of My words be deferred any more,
but the word which I have spoken shall be performed,
says the Lord God.

This shall be a season of God speaking and immediately
we will see the performance of that Word. In Jeremiah
chapter one, Jeremiah sees an almond branch:

Jer 1:11 Moreover, the word of the Lord came to me,
saying, Jeremiah, what do you see? And I said, I see a
branch of an almond tree. Jer 1:12 Then said the Lord
to me, You have seen well, for I am alert and active,
watching over My word to perform it.

The almond tree is the first fruit tree to blossom in
Spring, representing resurrection power as the first-
born from among the deadness of winter. Though the rod
of the Word God gave you may have lain dead-looking and
lifeless during the long night season, in the morning it
will blossom and bring forth fruit just as Aaron's rod
did so long ago ( Numbers 17:8). This season we are
entering is also the time of the bringing forth of the
Branch servant company! They will also bud, blossom and
bring forth fruit overnight!

Zec 3:8 Hear now, O Joshua the high priest, you and
your colleagues who [usually] sit before you--for they
are men who are a sign or omen [types of what is to
come]--for behold, I will bring forth My servant the
Branch.

This branch is not just any branch but an almond branch,
depicted by the menorah with its seven lamps and the
almond blossoms along its side branches. The branch
company alight with the seven lamps of the Lord, the
seven Spirits of God, shall stand as a sign and a
standard in the earth.

In order for this Branch company to be brought forth,
they need to be removed from the places of refining
where the Lord has had them for some time. We see the
whole process that unfolds in the first part of
Zechariah chapter 3. Joshua, depicting a priestly
company, stands before the throne and satan is there to
accuse him as usual:

Zec 3:1 Then the guiding angel showed me Joshua the
high priest standing before the Angel of the Lord, and
Satan standing at Joshua's right hand to be his
adversary and to accuse him. Zec 3:2 And the Lord said
to Satan, The Lord rebuke you, O Satan! Even the Lord,
Who [now and habitually] chooses Jerusalem, rebuke you!
Is not this a brand plucked out of the fire?

Joshua has been in the refiner's fire and is now removed
as brand alight with the fire of God. For those who have
experienced this fiery refining, they know well the
experience of fire burning within but one cannot emerge
from the midst of a fire without fire on you as well!
The Lord is extricating and plucking His firebrands from
the furnace in this day and they are about to enter the
time of being wielded in the hand of God for His
purposes! The next thing Joshua experiences is a change
of garment. His clothes are filthy because of the
journey he has been on and the environment he has been
subjected to but praise God that a new season in the
Heavenly calendar has begun and clean clothes are
brought at the Lord's command. Verse 4 in the Amplified
describes his new garment as rich apparel!

On 27th August during worship I saw a long procession of
angels each carrying a neatly folded garment. They
presented these garments for inspection one by one,
kneeling before the throne. I was given understanding
that these garments had been individually tailored for
specific saints and were now being inspected before
release to these people in the season that was about to
begin at Rosh Hashanah. At first I thought the seated
person on the throne was the Lord but then I was
directed to Zechariah 6, from verse 11 where it
describes the crowning of the seated high priest
Joshua::

Zec 6:11 Yes, take from them silver and gold, and make
crowns and set [one] upon the head of Joshua the son of
Jehozadak, the high priest, Zec 6:12 And say to him,
Thus says the Lord of hosts: [You, Joshua] behold the
Man whose name is the Branch, for He shall grow up in
His place and He shall build the [true] temple of the
Lord. [Isa. 4:2; Jer. 23:5; 33:15; Zech. 3:8.] Zec 6:13
Yes, [you are building a temple of the Lord, but] it is
He Who shall build the [true] temple of the Lord, and He
shall bear the honor and glory and shall sit and rule
upon His throne. And He shall be a Priest upon His
throne, and the counsel of peace shall be between the
two [offices--Priest and King].

Here is a depiction of the Melchizedek priesthood being
released with authority to rule from a seated place.
Before the crowning, Joshua had only a priestly ministry
but now he operates in both a priestly and kingly
office. As verse 12 says, he depicts the Branch, the
corporate man through which the seven Spirits of God
will accomplish Heaven's purposes in these days.

There are several stages that will unfold as this year
5771 begins. First, there is a removal from the fire for
those who have been purified. This signifies the old
season has ended. Then there is a removal of the dirty
garments of a past season and the release of new rich
garments, garments of state. Then there is a decree
issued assigning an appointed place to stand (Zech 3:7,
Rev 3:12). Fourthly, there is a release of a continual
supply of oil to the Branch, speaking of anointing and
equipping by the seven Spirits of God, described in
chapter 4 of Zechariah. Lastly, there is a crowning and
release of the Melchizedek priesthood, depicted from
Zechariah 6: 9 onwards.

Significantly, there will be some surprises as prodigal
sons return to the Father and immediately receive
reinstatement in their appointed place along with the
removal of stinky piggy robes and the release of rich
garments and a ring (signifying the ability to operate
in the Father's authority) and sandals for their feet.
Let us be careful we do not fall into the role of the
jealous older brother who had sour grapes at the display
of the extent of his father's grace.

On the evening of the first day of Rosh Hashanah, I saw
a vision of a pool of water with mists swirling above it
and through the mist one could see the sun rising as the
dawn of a new day unfolded. This scripture was given:

Joe 2:1 BLOW THE trumpet in Zion; sound an alarm on My
holy Mount [Zion]. Let all the inhabitants of the land
tremble, for the day of [the judgment of] the Lord is
coming; it is close at hand Joe 2:2 A day of darkness
and gloom, a day of clouds and of thick mists and
darkness, like the morning dawn spread upon the
mountains;

God is calling us to wash and be cleansed from our
journey in the cool waters of His life-giving Word for
we have reached the point where a new day has dawned, a
day very different from all we have known before, a day
when a new journey begins.

A brother in Christ alerted me to an experience
undergone by Maurice Sklar very recently (in 2010) as he
was taken to Heaven and shown events unfolding there.
Please read it if you have internet access as it
confirms many of the points I have mentioned. If you
remember the song the Lord gave me about invitations
being issued for the banquet being prepared, Maurice
also describes the banqueting table he saw during his
visit. The account can be found at
http://www.mauricesklar.com/Teachings/A_Vision_of_Heaven
/a_vision_of_heaven.html

May you be greatly blessed and encouraged!
