Jess, there's a scripture that says that if we confess our sins that He is faithful to forgive us of our sins and will cleanse us of all unrighteousness. Here's the steps:
You confess your sin, which you have done.
God forgives you of your sin AND He cleanses you of all the unrighteousnss your sin did to you in your life (body, soul and spirit).
Now, you're clean and the enemy has no legal right to mess with you again. You could do a conversation like this:
"Devil, I have confessed before God this sin of (fill in the blank) and He has forgiven me and cleansed me of all the filth it caused in my life. So, now I am clean and you have NO right to be here. So, take all your garbage with you. Don't leave anything behind and don't send anyone in your place. You are out of here! Holy Spirit, would you fill this new vacancy in my soul with (whatever is opposite of the sin that got you tangled up)?"
Yes, you are saved, Jess. You've just got to figure out what the lie is that's keeping you bound to this thing. You might ask the Holy Spirit to show you where this thing originated and ask Him what lie you bought into that allowed the enemy to mess with you.
Looks like I gave you two things you could do. I think I'd do the second first and then do the first. Please let us know how you are faring. We are for you just as God is!
