Dear Ron,
For two whole years, 6-year-old Reason from Zambia suffered from stomach pain and swelling, loss of appetite, and extreme fatigue. Worms had invaded his little body and were acting like predators, draining him of the nutrients he needed to survive. As the worms grew and multiplied inside him, he began fading away. His mother, Mercy, felt powerless to help.
Worms and other intestinal parasites invade a child's body unnoticed — in a sip of dirty water, through bare skin, or even in food. They rob a child of nutrients and will not stop. Children need your help to fight back.
It takes so little to eliminate these worms and restore a child to health. But in many communities, medicines are simply not available.
Thankfully, generous corporate partners have donated medicines and supplies to World Vision. This means that your donation now will multiply 10X to help ship and distribute these vital goods. |

Help children fight deadly worms by providing lifesaving medicines and supplies. Any amount you give will have 10X the impact.

Reason was taken to a World Vision-supported clinic and was given the medicine he needed to recover. To Mercy, it was like a miracle. I truly believe it's a blessing from God that this little boy survived.
But we cannot rest when so many other children are still suffering. They need our help now — before it's too late. Please look into your heart and do whatever you can to help.
God bless you, Rich Stearns President, World Vision U.S.
P.S. Parasitic worms have a devastating effect on helpless children. Remember that your gift multiplies 10X to help fight back with vital medicines and supplies.
