America Moving Toward 'Medicaid Level' Care?

Millions of Americans were shocked to find out the health care plan they liked and could afford was considered a "sub-standard" or "cut-rate" plan under President Barack Obama's health care law that launched in October.

They were soon dumped because their policies would no longer be available in 2014.

But that's not the only thing that will disappear next year. Betsy McCaughey is a lawyer and health policy expert who has pored over every detail of the health care law.

She says if you have to get your insurance on the health care exchanges, you may no longer be able see the doctor you want or use the hospital you prefer.

McCaughey says everyone in America will eventually go from receiving world-class medical care to getting "Medicaid level" care.
