Kim, sweet sis, J is indeed talking to you.  I guess you would ask how.  Well I'll share my experiences with the name Michelle.  It is the female variant of Michael which means who is like God or who is like the Lord?  Just like Amy is the female variant of David, both meaning beloved.  When I dream about Michelle within it Dad is giving me a message about His daughters and when I dream about Michael the message is about His sons.  The same applies to Amy and David.  Funny thing though is when He speaks to me about Cassie or Cassandra it is regarding all of His children as the name means helper of mankind/humanity.  So this love letter is to you, me and all of our sisters in Christ.
