Do I lay down my life to the Holy One
The worthy Lamb Gods own son
Do people see His light in my eyes
Or are they touched by the one in disguise
Which path do I walk is it the one Jesus made
Or is it the one that leads to the grave
Am I still following the ways of man
Or is my heart filled with love
For the Great I AM
God doesn’t measure by the things of this earth
He measures the heart He sees the new birth
He sees the holiness as we walk in His ways
He sees the humility as we give Him our praise
He sees the love as it spills from inside
As He is perfecting His perfect bride
He sees the righteousness as He cleanses within
Because God our Father can’t look upon sin
That is why we need the great I AM
Jesus the Saviour The Perfect Lamb
The Way the Truth the Tree of Life
He is our only Guiding Light
He is the One our Father sees
When we come to Him on our bended knees
DO I LAY DOWN MY LIFE TO THE HOLY ONE
THE WORTHY LAMB
GODS OWN SON???
