JUNE 12th

HOLDING ONTO THE PAST AND MENTAL ASCENSION TO THE

WORD OF GOD PRODUCE A CERTAIN BLOCKAGE IN THE

FLOW OF REVELATION TO ONE'S HEART

Words of prophecy:

* The answer does not lie in looking back at the past but, rather, in gazing

continually [steadfastly] into the eyes of My Heart [Word].

...."Do not call to mind the former things, or ponder things of the past.

Behold, I will do something new, now it will spring forth; Will you not be aware of

it? I will even make a roadway in the wilderness, rivers in the desert".... Isaiah

43:18-19 NASB

...."let us run with patient endurance and steady and active persistence the

appointed course of the race that is set before us, looking away [from all that will

distract] to Jesus, Who is the Leader and the Source of our faith [giving the first

incentive for our belief] and is also its Finisher [bringing it to maturity and

perfection]".... Hebrews 12:1-2 The Amplified Translation

...."For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love,

and of a sound mind".... 2 Timothy 1:7 KJV

...."We are destroying speculations and every lofty thing raised up against

the [true] knowledge of God, and we are taking every thought captive to the

obedience of Christ [a revelation of the Father's Will]".... 2 Corinthians 10:5

NASB

...."There is no fear in love [dread does not exist], but full-grown [complete,

perfect] love turns fear out of doors and expels every trace of terror! For fear

brings with it the thought of punishment, and [so] he who is afraid has not

reached the full maturity of love [is not yet grown into love's complete

perfection]".... 1 John 4:18 The Amplified Translation

"mental ascension" - the reaching out ["up"] to understand the Word [Will] of

God in one's "own" [soulish] strength and understanding [intellect];

It is very important for each and every child of God to make certain that

they have laid EVERYTHING from the "past" on the altar [at the foot of the

Cross] and, at the same time, ALWAYS remember to take NO preconceived

notions - or hold to ANYTHING that has its source in a "mental ascension" to the

Word [Will] of God and His true Nature. For both of those things [holding onto

the past and mental ascension to the Word of God] produce a "certain" [sure]

blockage in the flow of revelation to one's heart - a "blockage" that THEN

"allows" darkness [fear] to remain.
