A new change has come! A new change has come! I am moving where your eyes have not seen. I am bringing into existence things that are not seen by natural eyes. A shifting has come! A release has come! Who can perceive these things?
For I am changing the guard in my house. I am changing the guard in my house. Behold, I have done a new thing, can you not perceive it. You must not live with the mindsets you presently have. For what I am doing is bigger than anyone's doctrines or plans.
My ways are not your ways, and my thoughts are not your thoughts, for as the high are the heavens above the Earth, so are my ways higher than yours, and my thoughts are higher than your thoughts.
My thoughts are filled with life, power and glory. My ways are rooted in perfect love that cast out all fear. Who will know my thoughts? Who will know my plans? Who will be willing to lay everything down, everything down to know my thoughts and plans that I HAVE FOR THEM!
I am changing the guard, I am changing the guard. No more will I have leaders who will refuse to know my thoughts and my ways. No longer will I have leaders lead my flock away from me to their own needs and plans.
My people belong to me! They are my sheep! They will know my voice and they will follow me, for even today am I leading them out of the bondage they have been in to bring them into green pastures and still waters.
I am not pleased with those who base their faith in "revelation of me" with no experience with me. Experience is the true test of what you are and what makes you what you are. Those who eat my flesh and drink my blood have part of me. They know me, they dwell in me, and in them will I reveal my thoughts and plans.
Many expect me to just give them the "keys to the kingdom" without diligently seeking me with their whole heart. I will not do so! Others just like to delcare they have the keys, or declare they have arrived, but they withdraw their love from those who don't agree with their doctrines.
My love is changing thing. My love is changing the guard. My love is bringing forth light in the midst of darkness. My love is changing the minds of those who know me. My love is creating new doorways and new paths for those who put their trust in me completely.
My love is changing the old for the new and I am rising up Shepherds after my own heart and those who will be like David! Don't get stuck in a doctrine. Don't get stuck in a theology that is dead. Don't get stuck in your works. Don't get stuck with your many revelation. Don't get stuck with that which is unfolding.
Get stuck in my love and my love alone, for in that love you will behold my Glory and we shall be one even as I declared it to be. A new brand of leaders are arising. A new brand of Spiritual Generals has come forth, but you must recognize the real ones from the phoney!
They will just be and do like I would do as I am there and they will take not any of the glory away from me. They will glorify me as I have glorified the Father. They will have my heart, my spirit and my voice flowing through them like a river and they will lead my people out.
My love is the invading force that is now burning in you to complete the good work I have started in you. Hold onto nothing! Let everything go so I can bring all I have spoken into your life to come to pass. The time of training is over. The time for the turtle doves have arrived for them to sing!
Sing unto the Lord a new song, Sing unto the Lord all the Earth. Sing unto the Lord a new song, sing unto the Lord all the earth, for God is great and greatly to be praised. God is great and greatly to be praised.
As you allow me to change the guard in your life, your home, your family and your gathering place I am going to bring forth a "true fast" of the Lord.
A fast not to be seen by men but only God. I must change the guard. I must bring a divine replacement to where the enemy was actually holding my people in bondage by their weakness and fear.
I have to bring a change of guard for many of my present leaders cling to their traditions more than they cling to me. This must not be so. Psalm 81 speaks of what I will do if my people choose not to listen to my voice. I will give them over to their hearts lust and stubborn hearts.
You must be ready for the divine shift that is here. The removal of the "man made leaders"is to bring forth the "spirit led leaders who blow with the wind and teach m my people to blow in the wind even better than they do.
My love is here to bring forth the fullness of the unity I desire on my terms and not mans. So I declare, " Let the changing of the guard begin. Let the day of removing all the fear come forth. Let my sons of Glory come forth and take their place fully upon the Earth. The wheel in the wheel season is here and it will increase for my kingdom is an ever-increasing Kingdom.
Eye has not seen, nor ear has it heard, nor has it entered into the hearts of men, the things I have in store for those who trust me. The day of the changing of the guard is here.

Amen Henry people following the self serving man
appoiinted leaders will be lead towards the one world
religion and the false prophet. The new generals are here
can and will we recognize them and follow them as our
true spritual leaders and shepherds sent by God. The
challenge is to focus on Jesus and let him lead us into
all truth including who are the correct leaders to follow
God bless you and all who read this and give them the

Yes Rich, these leaders won't have to "be seen by men" but only "seen and known by God." They will be filled with the deepest holiest love for God and His people we have ever seen. They will be the Peter and Paul's of our time as full grown Sons and Daughters in Him! Blessings.
The won't be "building anything" of man or of man's sweat, but they will work with the Master Builder building up living stones unto a House filled with the Glory of God. They will decrease and Jesus will increase. They will not need a title, a ministry, a name, or anything of this world religious system, but they will be a MINISTRY unto the Lord Himself and a vessel the Lord can pour them out as broken bread and poured out wine.
The Kingdom of God is not leaderless. It is just under one Lord and King Jesus. He will lead by His Spirit through those He will to help transform the kingdoms of this world to become the Kingdoms of our God in Christ. They will rule and reign with him as overcomers and as a bride all adorned as white and they will make a way as John the Baptist prepared a way for the Lord in His day, so will these leaders make a way for the Lord once again.
