Be discerning of the increased use of media to promote and encourage fear. "It is a distraction to what is coming and My people MUST keep their eyes focused on Me," says the Spirit of the LORD!
Pray against the spirit of fear for it is NOT of God! Pray for wisdom, discernment, and acknowledge that which is and that which is not. Fear leads to panic and panic leads to hasty, unplanned, and careless actions. Memorize Psalm 91, pray it, and abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
For God has not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).

Good word. We need to guard our hearts and spirits. There have been interesting news reports of things happening around the world which God sometimes will only allow me to watch a bit then no more, and even some shows on the weather channel about weather catastrophes, sometimes God will not allow me to watch. I know He is guarding my soul so that fear will have no birthing place. When I was growing up, I was aware that my mom and dad kept strict boundaries around me for my protection, but I felt constricted by the boundaries at times. Ironically, now that I am older and wiser, I am grateful that I was so protected. And I feel the same cocoon of protection from God keeping me in tight boundaries for my protection and those very boundaries make me feel sheltered and secure under His watchful eye!

God bless you Michele and Quo. May God richly bless you in the days
ahead.
Kimberly, I am the same way. I can only watch and read so much and
then I have to detox by steering clear from any news. Also, I noticed how
the weather channel helps promote fear with the "what ifs" and "what
could" happen. This channel is also leaning more into the demonic
supernatural realm where stories are shared about the dead who were
killed in storms and return to haunt homes! And more recently, there's
something that will be shown about the weather and supernatural
activities like voodoo. It's very unnerving. There is coming a time when
those who trust in God will not be able to watch any TV. I believe now is
the time to prepare for that day but weaning oneself from TV of any kind.

For about 3 years or so I turned off my tv all together. I
was in a season of wanting to hear no one but. I didn't
even want to hear what other prophetic voices were
saying because I wanted to hear what Dad had to say for
myself. I later understood that it was HG that put that
desire in me and was in response to my prayer. Today I
watch some tv but no news and such because they only
promote the negative because they rhink that's what
boost rating. Anyway last month I had a vision that
someone was putting drugs in candy and that it was
dangerous. So I told my siblings I would have something
at my house for the kids on Halloween but I didn't say
why. Then last week I saw a warning on tv to be aware this
season because drugs have been found in the candy.
I said all of that to say this.....we don't have to sit and
watch that stuff because HG is going to forewarn us
anyway. The warning I saw on tv just served as
confirmation of what HG had shown me last month.
And fir anyone that may be wondering, no I do not
celebrate Halloween. HG showed me that because I have
family members who think it's all harmless.

I agree with you TOTALLY Quo. For years as a student I lived in the Appalachian mountains of East Tennessee without a TV. It wasn't difficult because as a child my parents monitored our TV watching (unlike today's youth). We didn't just watch anything we desired and we didn't stay up late! I am ever grateful for this. Any who, when my roommate found a new place she gave me her 5 in. TV/radio. I never used either until one day Holy Spirit prompted me to cut the TV on. It was then I watched as OJ was driving down the interstate contemplating suicide! I had no idea what had been taking place but I knew God had His hand on the situation and regardless of the outcome my job was to intercede for him NOT to commit suicide! I prayed! Needless to say this was not the first time God prompted me when to watch TV. He has shown me events in dreams and visions and there was NO need for TV. Even now my TV watching is very limited albeit I do try to keep up with online news but that's it! So yes, God can and does forewarn without TV.
P.S. The weather channel at this moment is talking about voodoo... time to cut the TV off! There will be enough uncanny spiritual activity to contend with in the coming days.
