Jesus is asking us to love Him like Jonathan loved
David. There was no jealousy in Jonathan’s heart towards
David. Jonathan loved David with everything he was,
counting him dearer than brother. We have felt exposed
to harsh desert wind, not seeing Jesus’ way for us.
Don’t you see His face emerging from our loneliness? Our
way is going to light up ahead of us. You have heard
well your loneliness. Now wait for the promise of our
Daddy revealed. He is faithful that has promised. To Him
we are little children and He would never hurt us.
