So He drove the man out; and at the east of the garden of Eden He stationed the cherubim, and the flaming sword which turned every direction, to guard the way to the TREE OF LIFE. (Genesis)
In a vision some time ago, I saw an open doorway. A tall being dressed in a long white robe, which at the time I thought was a powerful Angel without wings, was enveloped all along the door’s outside casings. He covered the top and both sides of the frame.
INTERPRETATION:
As the Holy Spirit opened my understanding I then recognized that this awesome Being was the heavenly representation of Jesus Christ dressed in His white robe of righteousness. That He was transposed all around the door frame symbolized that not only is He the Door, He is the Door Way as well. Yes, the blood of lambs on the top and sides of the chosen people’s doorWAYs (top and side lintels in the sign of a Cross) when the Lord sent plagues and death to the Egyptians has now been replaced with the LIFE-giving blood of the spotless righteous Lamb of GOD. Holy Writ teaches that Jesus Christ sacrificially shed His LIFE-giving blood on a Tree. And because life is in the blood; anything that precious holy blood touches brings life. Jesus’ death was symbolic of so many things! In brief, He is The Tree of Life. Jesus Christ is the Tree of life and the Tree that gives life. He is also revealed as the living Word who, in the mystery of the most Holy Trinity, also inspired the written Word. And is the Word not also the Sword? A fiery spiritual Sword that profoundly pierces joint and marrow, soul and spirit to JUDGE the thoughts and intentions of the heart.
As we come to Salvation with faith and belief in the finished works of the living Word,Jesus Christ, He begins to do an inner work of sanctification in faithful Believers in unique ways and on personal levels. The call is heavy upon Faithful Believers as they sense the need to continually abide in Him, to come closer to Him, even at the risk of confronting the fire of His refining Holy Spirit. Like silver purged in the fire, the living and written Word burns off the dross that besets us in so many ways. And for good reason! He wants us to experience in abundance His blessings and experience the multiplication of His kingdom fruit and healing leaves now and into eternal life.
Praise GOD that Jesus Christ, through His sacrificial death not only paid the legal debt to succor us from transgressions once and for all, He opened a new way to the Tree of Life. The temple veil between heaven wherein dwells the Tree of Life and our mental, spiritual and physical bodies was rent asunder through His pierced flesh. The Lord in Heaven, that blessed Day Star, now tabernacles with us! And the way to find Him is with the Lamp of Truth which is imprinted in the hallowed, timeless, pages of His written word and on the inner walls of our minds and hearts through the most awesome work of the Holy Spirit. Praise GOD. He calls us. All we need to do is answer His call with faith and belief in His finished works. He will do the rest of the work as we yield to Him. “He who began a good work in you will continue to do so until the day of the Lord.”
Thank you GOD our FATHER for sending your first begotten Son to us. As a loving FATHER, how terribly difficult that must have been for you. Thank you for making the fruit of His righteousness and healing leaves available to us at such a great price to Him. Shine your light of truth and pour your Life-giving Spirit on your people. Let them all reach out for you. Thank you for the New Covenant, for making a way when there was no other way. Lead, precious FATHER, your faithful remnant back from where they once came from. Lead us all back to you. In Jesus’ most holy name. Amen.
Whoever BELIEVERS IN THE SON HAS ETERNAL LIFE, but whoever rejects the Son will not see life, for God's wrath (brought on by the Adamic transgression) remains on them (Jn. 3:36)
When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, "I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the LIGHT OF LIFE." (Jn. 8:12)
And the testimony is this, that God has given us eternal life, and THIS LIFE IS IN HIS SON JESUS CHRIST. He who has the Son has the life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have the life. (1 Jn. 5:11-12)
All things came into being through Him, and apart from Him nothing came into being that has come into being. IN HIM WAS LIFE AND HE LIFE WAS THE LIGHT OF MEN. The Light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it (Jn. 1:3-5)
Then he showed me a river of the water of life, clear as crystal, coming from the throne of God and of the Lamb, in the middle of its street. On either side of the river was the TREE OF LIFE, bearing twelve kinds of fruit, yielding its fruit every month; and the leaves of the tree were for the HEALING of the nations. There will no longer be any curse; and the throne of God and of the Lamb will be in it, and His bond-servants will serve him.

Praise GOD Kimberly!
Everything points to the Lord Jesus Christ as that lively Tree. As the holy blood-empowered One dressed in White (righteousness) who will conquer the world with the Sword of His mouth and whose thigh is imprinted with the "WORD". The King of Kings (His Kingdom) and the Lord of Lords. All Glory be to GOD.
