Enlisting in the Right Army
Just this morning I was standing having a conversation
with another Believer about someone who was a mutual
aquaintance. This person is presently struggling in
certain areas and we spoke of the need for change to
come. It was not a conversation I found fault with, as
we are both fond of the person. However, afterwards, the
Holy Spirit 'called me to His office' and gave me a
sound rebuke and I realized afresh how very easy it is
to stray from the high standard the Lord requires of
those who are His, when one indulges in careless
conversation.
As is usually the Lord's way with me, He used something
I had written down in past months as the instrument of
discipline. There is no arguing with counsel you know
has come from the Spirit of Truth and has been recorded
by your own hand!! Once I had been suitably chastened
and repented accordingly, I felt a prompting to share
the experience with you. So here below is the passage
of text which hit me between the eyes afresh and
realigned me to His plumbline. I pray that if there is
anyone struggling with the same thing, this will bring
light and perspective as it did with me:

THE WOMB OF THE MORNING IS BIRTHING BOTH THE ARMY OF GOD
AND OF THE WICKED ONE WHO WILL STAND AGAINST THE END-
TIME BRIDE.
WHO IS BUSY RECRUITING YOU AT THIS MOMENT? - THE ACCUSER
OF THE BRETHREN OR THE FAITHFUL ONE UPON THE THRONE?
**To bring forth the seed of Christ, we must have our
eyes washed with Revelation 3 salve, in order to
‘diligently observe’ - this is so that we can see
clearly. The member of the Body standing before us may
have filthy garments and a dirty turban, but, just as it
describes in Zechariah, the faithful Lord on the throne
rebukes the accuser and chooses them AS A BRAND PLUCKED
FROM THE FIRE. If you cannot diligently observe what
Jesus sees, you have no authority to call for a clean
turban; in fact, your own turban needs changing. If you
think and then speak according to what the accuser of
the brethren is showing you, the only garment you
release to your brother and sister in Christ is a shroud
for their coffin.
Satan, the accuser, is in the business of building
coffins and weaving death shrouds for the people of God.
He plots to bury their destinies and bind up their
purposes with grave clothes - and He will use your
tongue to nail the coffin together and move the shuttle
in the death loom, if you do not deliberately and
willingly surrender it and allow it to be bound to the
plumbline of God’s measuring line over others in the
Body.
The power of life and death is in the tongue and those
who love it will eat the fruit thereof. Who are you
offering yourself willingly to from the womb of the
morning? Is it the faithful Son of God, who wants to
extend His sceptre from Zion or is it the accuser of the
Brethren who is raising up a counterfeit harlot bride in
the earth?? You can either sow seeds of righteousness
and reap a harvest in your own life of great
fruitfulness or you can sign up for the counsel for the
prosecution and become a bondslave of the accuser of the
brethren! The choice is yours.
In the seven days march round Jericho’s stronghold, do
you see the wickedness of the occupants and the height
of the walls?... or do you see Rahab peering out from
her watchtower with hope in her heart, because despite
her past and her ruined reputation, she has staked a
claim by faith in what God plans to bring forth. Hear
the sound of the blood over Rahab every day for 6 days
and keep your own mouth shut until you are fully aligned
to the sound coming from the Mercy Seat and released to
shout a shout of victory in unison with the sound of the
Blood! Then watch those walls come down. Rahab is
mentioned in Hebrews 11 in the hall of faith. There
shall be a remnant that is rescued out of Jericho
because their hearts are towards the only True God.
Remember always that it was the church of brotherly love
in Rev 3 that God found no fault with, and promised He
would make those overcomers a pillar in His temple.
Whose temple are you going to be a pillar in? The temple
of Dagon or the temple of the Living God??
These are sobering thoughts and they bring us to a point
of choice and a place of rededication to the cause of
the army of the Lamb that was Slain. Let us now once and
for all thrust from us all investments we have made in
the bank of the Accuser, through our thoughts or words,
and let us close our accounts with him completely -and
from this moment on, determine to be known as those
whose every breath brings with it the fragrance of
Christ and the power of Resurrection Life. May we from
this day forward be counted as those who present
themselves as Council for the Defense in every case
brought before the throne. Then we shall begin to move
in the authority and power of the One Who has the Key of
David.
