Ahoskie, Nc Revival - It's Happening....it Really Is!!!!

Over the past few days we have witnessed a wonderful fresh outpouring from the Spirit of God. As we ministered with our team in a local Church of God in Christ congregation, the Holy Spirit came in power. We witnessed healings throughout the house on Friday night and then again on Sunday.... it was truly an awesome time. People who could not straighten limbs from arthritis were moving freely minutes after they had received prayer. One wife brought her husband who gave his life to back to Jesus... restoration of a home begins! Many with back pain and injuries in their backs and necks were healed... all pain gone... mobility restored. God is moving.
Last night Kelley Varner was with us here at Crossroads. It truly was an incredible night. ANYONE and EVERYONE who was there was absolutely blown away by the depth and powerful teaching that flows from his life. Once again people from all over Eastern North Carolina and Virginia, and even some from Colorado came to the meeting!
Several from Chocowinity NC came.... another small town where God is beginning to pour out His Spirit!
On New Years Eve a year ago the Lord gave me a word... I just recently re-read it and realized that we really are in the midst of that word right now!
"As I waited on the Lord he began speaking several things to me regarding the northeast North Carolina and southeast Virginia area. There is coming an outpouring without hype. This area was hit with severe flooding by hurricanes Dennis and Floyd... many lost their lives... and many had to rebuild from scratch... simply because of an "outpouring that could not be stopped"... that natural event I believe was prophetically a release of that which will come in the Spirit. There was no amount of energy that could have created or stopped that "outpouring" of rain... and in the same way there is no amount of energy or hype that will be able to either "create" revival or "resist" revival for the area... the outpouring is coming... and it will result in casualties for those who stand in the way, and fresh starts for those who will spend the time rebuilding."
"The area will begin to be inundated by people sent from the outside to harvest. It will almost seem like too many at first until we see the enemy in retreat. Up to now there has been a steady assault by the enemy to prevent the establishment of significant works of the Kingdom in this area. By that I mean works where the Spirit of God moves through an area and literally affects the governmental, educational, commercial and social aspects of life. Where there are people being saved and filled by the Spirit at all levels of life. Worship will begin to become a recognized birthright of the area, even though there will be great hostility towards it by the religious. There will those who will try to publicly refute the work of God in this area, but they will be denounced by the media itself as it sees the effect of the Move of the Spirit of God in people?s lives. There will be an increase of the division between those who long to be a part of the coming move of God and those who simply want religious activity. This division will be so marked that individuals who have known each other for years will literally wonder if the other is a Christian..."
"Some churches will begin networking together to do harvest tasks, only this time, unlike previously, it will be unclear who initiated the harvest gathering... God will have initiated it and Jesus will receive Glory..."
"We will begin to see a further breaking down of denominational lines. The Lord is bringing forth a bride of His Church... and names of our churches must be a distant second if we are to be assimilated, united, and joined together as The Bride of Christ..."
"We will begin to see the function of apostolic authority in the church... and as a result there will be significant growth. By apostolic, I mean those who have been "with Jesus" and have been commissioned by Him with signet ring "Ambassador" authority. We will sense the authority increasing immensely, in many of our meetings it will seem as if the word being spoken is by Our Precious Lord Himself, that is primary to Apostolic Authority... signs and wonders will also be released in greater measure..."
"Sickles are being handed out to those who will use them. The test for those who will use them will be whether or not they are trying to pluck the harvest by hand now. The sickle will reap scores in the time that it takes to harvest one by hand...."
"We will see greater turmoil then ever in the Nations of the World. There will be very close "nuclear" threats... but God will not allow it to be released, even though it seems close. There will be a righteous raising up of leaders, kings and presidents. We will witness statements by International leaders who will mock the church. But remember this... God says "Those who honor me I will honor" (1 Samuel 2:30) There will be leaders who will unashamedly honor the Lord... not simply using words like "god" but attributing Glory and Honor to Jesus. That will be the victory of each of these leaders... and to the degree they give Glory to God, will be the degree of their strength and season of leadership..."
"This is a year of restoration. Proverbs 6:30- 31 declares that when a thief is caught, he must repay seven fold... even if it cost him all the wealth of his house. This will be a year in which the people of God will literally experience restoration. Restoration will come from the strangest places, many of them literally from the house that the enemy has lorded over..."
"This is a time to prevail against the enemy... not only is he destined to lose, but he has been weakened by the prayers of the saints..."
"This is a year to look to the church for answers, not the government. There will be many signs in the White House... but only Wonders in the Lords House. There will be prophetic symbols in the White House... but fulfillment in the Lord?s House. There will be a sound heard through the White House... but an army released in the Lord?s House..."
"There will be an increase of desire for Revival, and there will be greater releases of that in the first part of this year, but in the last part, we will witness a Harvest that will begin the release of that which the prophets have been declaring for about 16 years..."
"After the people of Israel had returned to the Promised Land from exile, they waited to repair the city of God and also the Temple of God for sixteen long years. Both Haggai and Zechariah declared at that time, that it was time for the work to begin immediately. So too, the sixteen years of waiting for the work to begin is over.... now is the time for the prophets to say "Now". Now is the time for them to prophetically declare, this is that which was prophesied. The work ahead is the rebuilding of the Temple (God?s people) into a house that will transcend the former glory... and a work where the City of God is fully restored to it?s fame and Glory .... (Heb 11:10 NIV) For he was looking forward to the city with foundations, whose architect and builder is God..."
It's happening....it really is!!!! Many of those things have already taken place, some are taking place right now!!!! We are really "there!"
