Dear friends:
I wanted to share some personal highlights with you about our recent trip to India. God is expanding our missions and crusade ministry. Just in the last two months of 2002 we saw over 51,000 new souls. This new year promises to be another great year of harvest opportunity. This spring we will go into Goma, Congo. Eastern parts of this town were nearly destroyed this last year in a huge volcanic explosion. More than half a million people fled from the surrounding area to refugee camps. It is still being rebuilt after the disaster. We are are praying for a 100,000 plus in attendance this March 1-10, 2003 and more than 50,000 new souls in a single crusade. I hope you will consider coming along and being a part of our Fresh Fire Missions team!
I believe that India is ripe for the gospel. Even in the midst of opposition to " Christian festivals" God is giving us tremendous favour and opportunity here. In fact all of Asia will be a great Macedonian call in the years to come. In our recent meetings the Hindu ruling government twice had removed our permit for our crusade even after all the adverts had went out. In fact we only received confirmation on the grounds and sound for our first meeting the day after we arrived. In the state of Goa there was great resistance by the Roman Catholic church to our meetings. The priest hood past out word that anyone who got on our buses providing transportation to the festival grounds for the sick would lose their job in the community.
As it is over 60 percent of the population is unemployed and most earn a income of just 30 dollars a month. It was precious each night to see buses loads of the untouchables of India, lepers, deaf and crippled transported to the crusade grounds. Through all the resistance and warfare we still saw over 10,825 new souls. It was a sight to see each night as people literally ran to the altars and even before we would pray you could hear them crying out to receive Jesus as their savoir.
God gave us tremendous favour with many pastors, leaders, ministries and churches. More than 2,000 attended our final anointing service for church workers, pastors and leaders in Bombay and still 500 more in our pastors conference in Goa. The ministerial representing more than 166 churches has asked us to return for a crusade in Bombay next year. Some estimate that more than 100,000 will be in attendance. In fact we pray to mobilize tens of thousands of young people from more than 67 schools to attend the 1 day youth festival following the crusade.
God gave us tremendous favour in one school of nearly 1,500 students. The owner of these schools DR. Pinto was dramatically saved more than 8 years ago and has now started over 67 Christian education schools attended by mostly Hindu and Muslim children. This mans schools have more than 100,000 thousand youth. After sharing my testimony with these young people more than a 1,000 were saved. This precious man of God will now work with us to mobilize these young people in 2003 for a mighty Jesus festival!
Amazing miracles
As in every meeting where the gospel is presented healings and miracles take place. The first dramatic healing I remember was a man on a walker from a stroke. After his healing this man was waving the walker over his head. This opened heaven and a woman paralysed on one side of her body for 67 years and now bedridden was completely healed and on her feet. Her daughter was their to testify mom was paralysed from birth.
A young teenage girl struck with polio at a early age was completely crippled. She came to the meeting never having stood on her own feet unassisted, two metal crutches attached to her arms held her up. Even her legs were bent. To see her running for the first time brought our team to tears. Several others were healed of the effects of polio including another teenage girl with a twisted leg since birth. It straightened!!
I remember the last night of the Goa meetings 4 cripples, two paralysed danced and walked on the platform. One older gentleman even danced with his crutches in his hands. God opened 139 deaf ears and many blind saw. The most dramatic was a man blind in a eye for more than 30 years received his sight, tears rolled down his face as he shared his testimony.

MISSION TRIP INFO & HOW DO I SIGN UP TO GO?
We have two missions trip this spring. One March 1-10, 2003 where will head to the Congo, Africa for a 5 day miracle outreach and pastors Conference. We need a ministry team. We are also taking a team to Malawi, Africa this June.
WHAT WILL YOU DO ON A MISSIONS TRIP WITH US?
The ministry teams will meet nightly on any Fresh Fire Missions trip, pray for hundreds if not thousands of people to be saved, healed and delivered, In addition there will be several impartation and anointing times with Todd and the Fresh Fire Staff, and on occasion opportunity to glean from Todd one on one. They will have several different kinds of evangelistic outreaches during the day. They do outreaches like prison ministry, spontaneous open air market preaching, schools, hospital and orphanage visits to pray for the sick, feeding programs, outreaches of mercy and prayer for lepers to be cleansed and much more. In many places we have a deliverance tent for demonized.
During each trip in either country we will also have a pastors and leaders conference!!
EVEN POSSIBLE OPPORTUNITIES TO PREACH!
On occasion there will be opportunity for those requesting a Sunday morning service to preach as well.
