Miracles In New York! - Matt Sorger

What a powerful night in the Spirit we had at World Outreach Church of God. As we began to worship you could feel the presence of God filling the atmosphere. Expectations were high for what God was about to do. I?ve learned that ?Expectancy is the breeding ground for a miracle.? God was about to fill hungry hearts.
As Matt came to the platform the church erupted in spontaneous praise. God?s people could not contain the joy and gratitude in their hearts for God?s love and wonderful presence.
After sharing some miracle testimonies of what God did during his trip to Europe this summer, Matt began to exhort the congregation on the coming healing revival that is upon us. He shared on the supernatural power of God that is being released through the body of Christ in this hour to heal the sick, cast out demons, cleanse the lepers and raise the dead. He passionately preached on contending for the miraculous as the early church did in Acts 4. Like Jacob who wrestled all night with God, we need to contend for the power and blessing of God on our lives. The Kingdom of God suffers violence and the violent take it by force.
Many rededicated their lives to Christ to completely live for Him with all of their hearts.
As the congregation sang ?Hallelujah? God?s holy presence invaded the atmosphere and people began to receive His healing touch. Matt called out a word of knowledge for a woman with chronic fatigue. Several women came forward. They were ushered up onto the platform. As they stood there waiting on God the most incredible anointing manifested on the platform. It was as if a glory cloud rolled in. The women began to fall under the power of God completely overcome by His presence. Several women testified of an instant healing taking place in their bodies. The anointing was so strong that another women who was throwing prayer cloths, as she approached the platform the power of God came upon her and her feet were instantly healed, just by walking into the anointing. No one even prayed for her! It was like she walked in to the shadow of Peter, a glory zone of God?s presence.

?I had pain in my feet caused by nerve damage. I stepped onto the platform when Brother Matt was praying for some ladies. I went to get the cloth we cover the ladies with and I felt the power of God go through my feet and the pain left my feet! Hallelujah!? Kathy, NY

?I have suffered from Multiple Sclerosis for 15 years and hospitalized several times because of paralysis. On this Sunday evening while driving to the service I felt God telling me that I was on my way to be healed. I confessed it to my children. While we were worshipping I felt tingling or electrical shocks in the back of my head and inside my head. When I got on stage for a personal healing, Brother Matt did not know I had MS. I started feeling heat all over the back of my head. Brother Matt was praying for someone else with MS on stage when he commanded it to go, I was slain in the Spirit. ?I was suffering from rotator cuff inflammation in my right shoulder. In the morning my shoulder was in severe pain at the service. Matt told everyone to touch the place where they had pain.
