This past weekend in Seattle, January 9 11, Jesus did what He does best. He forgave peoples sins! He also healed peoples’ bodies and He released people from demons. Sinners came to the meetings and Jesus made them sinless, spotless, pure and without defilement in the Father’s eyes. Jesus did this by the working of His precious blood and “ by the working of His mighty power which He worked in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand..”
(Ephesians 1:19, 20)
Someone commented, “These ones that have accepted Christ and are now “Born Again”…they are now “SINLESS IN SEATTLE.”…(only by the power of the cross of course).
What an amazing operation. How wonderful to see people go from death to life, from the kingdom of darkness to the kingdom of God’s dear Son!
A CLEANSING POOL
Friday night, Bob prophetically designated a pool of cleansing, in a particular part of the church. This pool of cleansing was like the pool of Bethesda (John 5:1-9) where the “angel stirred the waters and people received healing.” This “pool” became available for cleansing from shame, guilt, defilement, bondages, sin and sickness. People soaked, laughed, danced, wept and saw visions. They saw angels...They also experienced what looked like gold dust, diamonds, rubies., Oil flowing from their hands and glitter. This phenomena began to show up everywhere including on people, in the hotel where Bob and Sue were staying and in restaurants.
Some people have “collections” of these “diamonds”. One man had one of his assayed by an expert diamond appraiser. The appraiser stated that the diamond, although small, was worth about $500.00..
UNUSAL OUTPOURING
What an amazing, glorious outpouring of worship and healing, miracles, salvations and cleansing from sin! It has a revival intensity. It continued non-stop all weekend. Deafness, partial blindness, crippled people, degenerative diseases, incurable diseases, functional illnesses, all these and more were the object of God’s healing delivering power. One woman with a broken back and a broken neck, on strong pain killers, came to the pool and for prayer. Jesus healed her just like that. No fanfare , no hype just a complete restoration. Then Jesus healed her husband. He had a chronic foot condition with great swelling and pain. Instantly delivered and healed. What amazement on his face as he realized that his shoes were much too small for him now.…
Another woman with 5 diseases including CREST syndrom, Systemic scleroderma,
Raynauds Disease, Esophegal Dysfunction etc. What a delight to see her expression as the symptoms disappeared , her body change before our eyes and to hear her testimony of healing the next night. Thank you Jesus.
Worship Opened the Door
Around October of 2002, a respected, accurate prophet was in North Seattle. While there, he prophesied that a new sound in worship would emerge in South Seattle. This worship impetus would grow into an actual worship revival. It would be simple, humble, joyous, anointed and would bring God’s glory, which would dwell and remain. It would then go to the nations.
We feel that this prophecy has now come to pass at least in it's beginning stages. It is actually happening at River Glory Church in South Seattle area…a most unexpected place…. The worship is so pure, simple, intense, unsophisticated, God-honoring and joyous that the glory presence and glory cloud comes. The , the sanctuary, the people, the leaders are all enjoying this new level of God’s power and presence.
RESURRECTIONS
On Saturday night Bob preached on Jesus power over death. It was prophetic and it was powerful. He gave numerous examples of present day resurrections some from his own ministry, Extreme Healing Ministries. Here are three of the many:
1. Emtee Baatuma Marshall Islands. It was a funeral and the casket was in the front of the church. The solemn ceremony was in progress. Emtee Baatuma walked to the front of the church, interrupted the preaching, stood in front of the open coffin and said, “Arise come to life” in a loud voice. Nothing happened. Emtee put his head back and laughed a booming laughter. He reached out, took the dead woman by the hair, and shaking her head, said, “I said, arise get up.”
She rose up and got out of the casket…alive and well. People, terrified, screamed and ran out of the building. All gave glory to God.
2. A team from Dennis Brown’s(A friend of Bob Brasset’s) church in Grimsby, England was present at the Conference in Africa. Friends brought a corpse to the conference intending to get the team to pray over the corpse and raise it back to life. When they arrived they discovered it was the lunch hour. No one was present in the auditorium, not even the worship team. Everyone had gone to lunch. The friends left the corpse on the platform and went to lunch themselves. When they returned the ‘corpse’ was sitting on the platform, a little dazed, but quite alive! Someone said, “The anointing in the room was so strong, the worship had been so powerful there was enough anointing to actually raise this man from the dead even without anyone being there to rebuke death and command the person to come back to life. God did it anyway!.”
Another conference another corpse. Again, friends brought a corpse to the meeting for resurrection prayer and ministry. ( Resurrections are expected in some parts of Africa the revival fervor is that high.) The leader of the particular meeting met the friends carrying the corpse. He said, “There is an important teaching going on right now. I don’t feel we should interrupt the speaker to do the resurrection. Your faith has made this man whole. Do what I say. Get a taxi, put the corpse in the back seat between you. Tell the taxi driver to take you to your address. Then, as you drive, every traffic light you come to, ask the corpse, ‘are you hungry?’ They obeyed. The driver’s eyes were wide as saucers as they asked the corpse the question are you hungry. You guessed it, after five times of asking him if he was hungry, he replied “yes!” He came back to life. The rigor mortis left and warmth and flexibility returned. They presented back to the parents a healthy son!
Jerry Kibarabara is from Nairobi, Kenya. Jerry graduated from the University of Export in London, England. He became a Christian businessman. His business began to grow and thrive. Married with a beautiful wife and children, he felt on top of the world. Little did he realize that world was about to come crashing down!
He was in Europe on a business trip when the news was brought to him. Your wife developed a sudden illness and most unexpectedly died. You must return at once! Jerry flew back on the first available flight. "Hours later", he said ,"I found myself in our bedroom. My wife's lifeless body lay on the bed. Her eyes were sunken in her head.
I gained courage and reached my hands toward heaven,"God of the living...precious Jesus!" I cried. Then I was in the spirit worshipping Jesus in spite of the circumstances. Twenty-five minutes later I came to myself. At that same moment my wife's spirit charged back into her body-Whoosh! I heard her sigh.
Then immediately her lips began to prophesy! "I have a word to you from the Lord: "Son, I am going to send you to many parts of the world. You are to tell everyone, without compromise ,that sanctification is not done when you get to heaven, but right here on earth."
I stared at my wife. Her soft voice held such power. Was God speaking through her even while she was dead?
She spoke again, "Son give my testimony. You will tell, without fear, that I am a God of miracles and that I can do anything for anyone."
My wife came back to me, totally healed, restored, as I had always known her.
What happened to her, that day, caused me to lose any fear of death and to know, without any doubt, that the same God who raised Jesus, and my wife, from the dead is able to meet any need.
CONCLUSION. . ...
Jesus is the stronger of two men and Jesus continues to defeat the strong man through the glorious Gospel of the Kingdom. We heard it proclaimed with power this weekend.
Someday satan will be totally banished from planet earth.( But that day is not yet.)
Between now and then you and I have a job to do.
