The Spirit Falls In Lake Isabella Ca

Thursday night, Feb.12, we began our Signs and Wonders Crusade at Kern Christian Fellowship in Lake Isabella, CA. Several churches were represented as we came together hungry for more of God. There was an anticipation in the air as God's people worshipped with a holy zeal. Matt shared his testimony of his family's salvation when he was 14 years old and how his mother was radically healed through a power encounter in a Charismatic Catholic healing mass. He shared on his call to the healing ministry and the vision God gave him of the last days healing revival. He preached on contending for the miraculous and carrying the revival fire of the Holy Spirit out in to the streets where the lost are.
MATT'S PERSPECTIVE:
"During the ministry time there was a wave of healing released over the people. I could sense the atmosphere changing as the healing presence of Jesus filled the sanctuary. There really is tremendous power released with the operation of the word of knowledge and healing anointing. I'm learning more and more that when we tune into the Holy Spirit and follow His leading tremendous miracles take place. I've learned before each service to take time to wait on the Lord for specific words of knowledge. When I call these words out people receive instant healing. It's the John 5:19 principle. Jesus only did on earth what He saw the Father doing in heaven. When we take the time to see what God is doing in heaven and then proclaim it in the earth the supernatural is released.
There were several conditions the Lord specifically revealed to me before the service. One was a man who had a knee injury during a sports activity. Several people responded to having knee injuries but there was only one that was related to a sports activity. When we released healing over the knees, the man related to the sports injury was instantly healed. When it comes to the word of knowledge details are important. I don't have the power in myself to heal anyone. God is the Healer. But when I take the time to listen God reveals things by His Spirit that releases His faith and power to produce a miracle. I will pray for everyone to be healed and I believe it's God's will for all to be healed. But when I'm operating under a specific unction of the Holy Spirit with a word of knowledge something supernatural is released and miracles happen. I'm not speaking my own will and desire. I'm speaking forth something specific revealed to me by the Holy Spirit.
HERE'S JOHN'S TESTIMONY:
"I had a torn meniscus, a knee injury from sports. I saw my family MD and he sent me to a specialist who suggested surgery. I was at the meeting and Matt said he had a word about someone with a knee injury. I knew it was me. As soon as he started praying I felt comfort in my knee." John, CA
John was able to kneel down and sit on his knees with no more pain!
I also had a word of knowledge of deafness in the ear due to ear damage from loud noise. As I rebuked deafness and commanded ears to open a woman who was standing in the audience had both her ears pop open. She came forward to testify of how the Lord had opened and cleared her ears.
The power of God continued to touch many as words of knowledge were released.
Danielle had suffered from an asthma condition where she had to keep an inhaler on her at all times. She testified "As other people were getting healed I felt my lungs opening and I could breathe freely." Danielle, CA
Many raised their hands to testify of instant healings in their bodies. God presence was glorious!"
Friday night Matt taught on the biblical precedence for divine healing and proved through the scriptures that it was God's will to be healed. He taught on how supernatural faith for healing is released when the Holy Spirit takes the written "logos" word of God and breathes life into it making it a quickened "rhema" word. The word moves from being text on a page to a living word in the heart made alive by the Holy Spirit. This is when we move from head faith to heart faith. Matt released several words of knowledge which broke the atmosphere open for more healing and then released the prayer team to lay hands on the sick and pray the prayer of faith.
Saturday night there was a tremendous rending in the heavens as God's power and presence again invaded the atmosphere. Matt ministered on "digging your own well." He taught on the transferring power of the anointing and how God's power can be caught through anointed relationships and by being in the atmosphere of the anointing. But he emphasized that catching someone else's anointing is not enough. Momentary touches from God can fade if we do not learn to dig our own well and lay hold of God's presence for ourselves. Then when we receive impartation from others it simply adds to the well we have already cultivated in our own hearts causing us to move from glory to glory.
Matt released several prophetic words of knowledge including specific individual's names. As these words were released many received a healing touch in their body. There was also a deliverance anointing released for those struggling with addictions including smoking. One woman testified of being set free and the next day had no need to smoke again!
There were those in the service that testified to experiencing the power of God for the first time in their lives. One man said he was a sceptic and didn't believe in falling in the Spirit. He thought it was just emotion until it happened to him. God's power came upon him in such an extraordinary way he felt the electricity of the Spirit flowing through his body and as Matt preached he was unable to get off the floor for an hour. He said God was setting him free!
The pastor also testified to receiving a powerful touch from the Lord. When he was prayed for his body shook under the power of God. He had never experienced this before! It was a glorious move of the Holy Spirit with many being refreshed, filled and healed by the revival fire of God's presence.
Only eternity will testify of all that was accomplished in people's hearts and lives this weekend. Thank God that He is still working miracles and changing lives today!
