India is ripe for revival! With over a billion people living on this small continent, only 2% are currently Christian. Many are Hindu and Muslim. But the Lord broke through in a supernatural way during our first miracle crusade in southern India in Andhra Pradesh. We worked with Pastor Voola and New Covenant Ministries as the coordinators for the crusade and pastors conference. We are looking forward to future ministry in India!

ANTI-CONVERSION LAW REVOKED
In recent months with the governmental elections in India, a new Christian leader was put in place in southern India. One of his first acts was to revoke the anti-conversion law that made converting people to another religion illegal. The way is now open for mass evangelization in India at least for the next five years! Now is the time for harvest in India.
10,000 IN ATTENDANCE WITH HUNDREDS OF HINDUS SAVED!
Based on the estimation of local leaders, there were at least 10,000 in attendance for the crusade held in the province of Gudur in Andhra Pradesh. Over the course of four nights hundreds of Hindus and Moslems converted to Christianity and professed their faith in Jesus ONLY. They renounced their other gods and idols publicly and entered into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Close to 400 Hindus and Moslems publicly confessed their faith in Jesus with many being delivered from the demons they once worshipped as gods.
HISTORICAL BROADCAST OF THE CRUSADE LIVE IN 100,000 HOMES!
For the first time in history the miracle crusade and morning meetings were broadcast live into 100,000 homes throughout southern India. Many Hindus and Moslems watched the crusade from their homes hearing the gospel preached and seeing the miracles. Not only did they see the miracles but many responded to the gospel accepting Christ as their Savior and also received a mighty healing touch right in their homes! The pastor reported to us that the whole town was buzzing about the Jesus Festival. Many were watching the crusade from their TV's at home and shutting off the Hindu Festival Broadcast. They were watching the crusade instead! These are some of the phone calls that came in while the crusade was in progress:
PARALYTIC RECEIVES MOVEMENT IN LEGS!
A crippled lady called in on the phone line testifying that for the first time she could feel and move her legs.
HINDU IS HEALED OVER THE TV AND GIVES HER HEART TO JESUS!
A Hindu woman called in to say that she suffered from back pain for two years. Jesus healed her back while we were praying for healing and she called to thank Jesus!
Another man called in to testify of his back also being healed while watching the crusade on TV.
EYES PERFECTLY HEALED!
Another woman called in to testify that her eyes and vision were completely restored as we were praying over the TV for healing.
BACK INSTANTLY HEALED
Another woman watching TV layed hands on her own back as we prayed the healing prayer and her back was instantly healed!
CLASH WITH THE FORCES OF DARKNESS
The first night of the crusade there was a Hindu demonstration during the altar call time. As we led the people to faith in Christ just outside the crusade grounds a group of Hindus were chanting a Hindu mantra over a loud speaker and parading a large Hindu idol around on a float. They circled the crusade grounds and then left. Their chant was powerless against the name of Jesus! The people still gave their hearts over to Jesus!
Just 20 minutes from where we were the pastors told us that when people would try to hold a public Christian meeting people would bring rocks to stone them. But I was so aware of the protection of angels and the presence and power of God with us.
SUPERNATURAL INTERVENTION IN THE WEATHER
The weather for crusades is very important. If it rains the people won't come. The week of the crusade it was forecast for severe thunderstorms in our area. As we prayed over the weather the Lord intervened. It rained hard in every direction around us except for a 3 mile radius around the crusade grounds!
MANY MIRACLES AND DELIVERANCES!
These are some of the testimonies that came in throughout the crusade:
There was a woman healed of back pain.
There was an entire Muslim family that came to the Lord.
A woman testified of her shoulder and arm being healed. She couldn't lift her arm or move it. But after she was healed she was able to lift it above her head.
A man testified "Something changed in my back. All the pain left!"
SEVERAL SEE BRIGHT LIGHTS
Several women testified to seeing a bright light and then they were healed. One woman had back pain for over two months. After she saw the light of the Lord all the pain left her body.
Another woman testified to being atheist. She didn't even believe in God. She also saw a bright light. Her body started shaking and she could feel a demon leave her body! After being delivered from a demonic spirit she confessed her faith in Christ.
Another woman testified that a demon would physically appear to her each night and throw her on the floor. As a result her leg was injured. The Lord came and healed her leg and cast the demon out of her. She could feel the oppression lift off her chest.
A woman testified that because of a severe fever she couldn't attend the first night of the crusade. She wasn't able to physically walk. She felt her body shaking and a demon leave her. The fever instantly left her and her strength came back! She could walk now.

10,000-12,000 HEAR THE GOSPEL!!!
OVER A THOUSAND RESPOND TO THE GOSPEL!
After sending out our first report on the India Miracle Crusade, the pastor we worked with in India e-mailed me that over a thousand responded to the gospel between those at the crusade and those watching from their homes. He shared with me today "Every day people are coming and sharing with us that they accepted Jesus as their personal Savior." We thank God for such a harvest of souls!
EYES HEALED AFTER A WORD OF KNOWLEDGE IF GIVEN
Responding to a word of knowledge about pain behind the eyes, a girl testified of her eyes being healed and all the pain leaving after we cast out the demon.
Another woman's foot was instantly healed!
A MAN FELL 40 FEET OUT OF A MANGO TREE AND WAS HEALED!
There was a man who had testified to falling 40 feet out of a mango tree. He had injured 4 vertebrae. He felt a shaking in his body as the power of God went through him. He could also feel a cool sensation down his back removing the pain.
There was another man with pain in his legs for years. He had taken medication and injections and nothing helped. God's power touched him and he came the next night to the crusade riding a bicycle!
3 WOMEN'S DEAF EARS OPEN!
THREE women testified to their deaf ears opening up!
WOMAN COULDN'T WALK FOR 6 MONTHS-HEALED!
A woman testified to not being able to walk for 6 months. After the power of God touched her she could walk!
HINDU FAMILY FROM THE BRAHMAN PRIESTLY CLASS HEALED, DELIVERED AND SAVED!
There were 3 ladies from the same family healed and saved, including a mom and two daughters. They were part of the upper Brahman priestly class of Hindus. The mother was delivered from demonic possession and healed in her leg. One of the daughters eyes were healed and the other daughter was delivered from a demonic spirit and healed of psychological problems and fear. All three gave their hearts to Jesus!
Another woman testified to her knee and back being healed.
TUMORS THE SIZE OF BASEBALLS HEALED!
Another young girl was healed of tumors the size of baseballs on both sides of her neck. The tumors completely disappeared!
Another woman was healed of stomach pain and back pain.
MAN SET FREE FROM MENTAL RETARDATION!
There was a man set free from mental retardation and restored to his right mind!
Another young boy came forward who's eyes shook in his head. They had become still.
There was another young girl who suffered from heart pain for 3 years. All the pain left her.
HEALED AT SALVATION!
A woman who came forward for the altar call was healed when she gave her life to Jesus. All the pain left her neck, back, head and heart!
Another woman testified that Jesus did what no idol could do for her! She had worshipped idols but none could heal her. When she gave her heart to Jesus, Jesus healed her and took all her heart pain away!
There was yet another woman healed of heart pain. The power of God overcame her as she fell to the floor shouting "Thank you Jesus!" When she got off the floor all the pain was gone!
After a word of knowledge four women were instantly healed of tumors in their abdomen area.
HUNDREDS OF YOUNG PEOPLE BAPTIZED IN THE SPIRIT!
During one of the morning meetings the Holy Spirit moved in a powerful way filling many of the young people with many of them speaking in tongues for the first time. Even young children began to weep and shake as God's presence moved upon them.
MATT DEDICATES A BABY GIRL AND IS ASKED TO GIVE HER A NAME
On the Sunday service following the crusade Matt was asked by the parents of a young baby girl to pray over her and give her a name from the Lord. Matt named her Rebekah. That morning while in prayer the father received the same name from the Lord for his daughter. What a powerful confirmation!
600 PASTORS AND LEADERS!
Following the crusade Matt ministered to 600 pastors and leaders in a two day conference on the Holy Spirit. Matt ministered for about 8 hours a day preaching, teaching and praying over each pastor and leader. Many received a powerful touch of the Holy Spirit and didn't want the conference to end. The pastors were equipped with the word of God and filled with the power of the Spirit. We are believing for a mighty revival in India!
