Our second evening in Reynosa, Mexico left me in tears on and off most of the meeting. You could see the visible change in the people's faces. Jesus had so mightily poured out His Love and Healing Presence on the hearts of the people of Centro Vida that their countenance this night was absolutely radiant. His children had become childlike. There trust in His Love and Presence with and in them was evident on all.
Pastor Joe opened the altar of His Presence from the very beginning, welcoming us to "Come, come!", knowing that Jesus was waiting to meet His children with a fresh Vision of His Love once again. The Spirit of God led Pastor Joe into the large worship and dance teams in power and in freedom such that the platform was filled with their young lives all over the floor. As His Presence lifted, and each one returned to their ministry, a power filled, intense and glorious night of worship began which lasted unbroken for three and one half hours non-stop. A joyous release responded from the hearts of the people, with Pastor Joe continuing to lay hands on the worship, dance, and usher/catcher leaders with each fresh wave of His Glory. "Freedom, freedom!" was the powerful word from Pastor Joe, freedom to love and to be loved by Jesus, freedom to be filled with His Glory as the temple of the Living God. At the moment of this fresh proclamation, I felt as though my entire chest has cracked open as from an earthquake and the Lord Himself had rushed in, shattering the false prophetic words that had been spoken over my life, and knowing me, claiming me as His very own.
There came a sustained moment in the worship in which the Holiness of God began to settle as a great cloud over the entire large auditorium. Pastor Joe and Ellen, with Pastor Dolly Salinas, and the rest of us from the Valley later came together to confirm the presence of a large portal opened in the heavenlies directly over the platform and altar area. We could all sense the thick presence of angels swirling, joining and helping us in worship.
Then, in the beauty of His Holiness, a deeper level of His Presence carried the platform ministry and the great numbers of people who had filled the front of the auditorium into a ministry before the very throne of God. It felt as though every soul was standing before God alone, vessels fully purged, fully cleansed, fully forgiving and forgiven, meet for His Presence in the very Holy of Holies! I could do nothing but thank Him from my heart for coming to the earth to suffer and die on a cross, be buried in a grave for me, and save my soul. Not long after this, Pastor Joe felt the Spirit pouring oil of the anointing, and the entire auditorium lifted their hands, cupped, to receive a greater anointing on their lives and ministries as Pastor called out "The anointing, the anointing!"
I am so grateful for the mandate, complete conviction, and unwavering trust that Pastor Joe and Ellen so powerfully impart to us that Jesus wills to prepare us as His own vessels, His own temple of the Spirit of God dwelling within us, so that we may live in His Presence and worship in the very throne room of God, the very Holy of Holies. He truly wants to be together, with us, in complete, unconditional Love.
After the portal opened, and the intense time of holy, gentle, blameless worship, Pastor Joe moved with the Holy Spirit in a great healing wave, once again praying many times over for those who felt God touching them for healing of physical bodies.
Then the young people of the worship team broke into an electric time of worship, the intensity of which I had never felt before in the Spirit anywhere in the United States.
Upon awakening the following morning, I received the melody and words of one of the most challenging songs the Holy Spirit has ever asked me to write from Psalm 22. One of the refrains speaks to me of the transformation of my own heart and prophetically for this region of the Rio Grande Valley and this gathering in Reynosa, Mexico from a dry and thirsty valley to a region that sustains the revelation of the Father's Love, His Vision of Love, in the very face of Jesus Christ.
As the canvas to the frame, capturing the essence of Light As the string to the bow of the archer, mighty man of war So My Arm is stretched out still, My Strong Right Arm revealed Bringing salvation to the ends of the earth, Bringing salvation to the ends of the earth

Pastor Dolly proclaimed this final day of meetings as a powerful, prophetic "third day." Before the meeting even began Pastor Joe declared a Jacob's ladder of His Presence over the open heaven portal from the previous night, with angels ascending and descending in this place.
True to the Lord's word, a final evening of three hours of unbroken worship began, in the center of which the very Presence of Jesus settled on the platform just to the right of the large cross hanging above the center of the wall. All those who had been worshiping at the front moved reverently up the wide steps of the altar and filled the entire platform, kneeling and sitting in the Spirit before the very feet of the Savior. His Holiness and great Love for these, His children, wrapped around us as a blanket, moving us into deeper levels of repentance, faith, and trust in His true Love. Pastor Joe then began to speak over us all the words of the Spirit from the heart of Jesus.
One word in particular sealed my heart forever as I had never heard any other human being declare these words to me except Jesus Himself about a month earlier in my own private times of worship and encounter. The Lord said, " I Love you with all My Heart!" This is so right, so completely, scripturally, and prophetically fulfilled in the Life of Jesus, from the old covenant through the new, to love Him as He loves us, with all our heart, mind, soul, and strength and our neighbor as ourselves. Praise You Lord, Who loves us with all His heart!
The Spirit of God then declared Centro Vida as a place of renown throughout all of Reynosa, with close to a million and a half inhabitants, as a place that will be known for His abiding Presence 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
(This second song came after the third message given by Pastor Joe after his arrival to the Valley, which seemed to tell of the coming Glory prepared for Reynosa, and any other church or region the Spirit of God sends them to)

Jesus was watching and waiting for His Vision of Love to rest in the hearts and lives of His children for this three day gathering at Centro Vida, home to Pastor Dolly Salinas in Reynosa, Mexico. She calls the people of this area a gentle and a good people, quick to discern that which is not genuine love, and they were not disappointed.
A Zechariah 13 cleansing pool and fountain were seen in the Spirit our first evening as Pastor Joe and Ellen ministered healing of hearts and deep cleansing in the power of repentance, forgiveness, and letting go of the guilt and offenses we've carried into the present.
The Spirit of God moved in wave after cleansing wave for three and a quarter hours upon the entire congregation, enlarging the altar to receive hundreds of His precious children to kneel, stand and rest in His Presence. With each fresh wave of His compassion there was a life changing encounter with Jesus. Nearest the altar it felt like rivers of oil were flowing in and around us, healing the deepest of wounds and fears.
The people of God would quietly rise and return to their seats, continuing to soak in His Presence. And with each level of deeper and deeper cleansing offered, they would return to the front, such that Pastor Joe prayed for most of the people two to three times. This happened in every service until not one life was left untouched by the power of God's love, except perhaps the city witch who had come to curse the meetings, failing miserably.
I received a profound encounter with the Living Love of my life this first night. Pastor Joe called me forward for prayer, barely touching my forehead. I felt something like a fresh gust of wind blow through my being. As I fell gently backwards, it felt like falling through a cloud. All fear and tension vanished, and His stillness permeated me. Then ever so clearly, Jesus spoke these words into my whole being as though they were becoming a very part of who I was from that moment on. You are not alone! Then a few minutes later, this word came, My Glory has found a resting place. I truly believe these are words for the precious people of Centro Vida here in Reynosa!

The meeting last night was very different than the day before. I saw a ring of fire being released in the church. I spent the first part of the night on the floor laughing under the power of God. I was so drunk in the Spirit, I could not get up. His presence was so intense as he spoke intimate things to me. I then saw a portal in heaven open up and Jesus stepped through the portal dressed in a white robe. He was present at the meeting. As the evening went on I noticed the people and how beautiful they looked dancing before the Lord. Their faces were radient with joy. At that time I realized how precious these people are to Jesus. I prayed for a lady who had a lot of pain from artheritis. She said the pain completely left her. I am amazed at the reality of the love and power of Jesus.
