Blackduck, Mn - Report By Jay West
August 9, 2004
Blackduck is a small town of 700 people in the northern Minnesota woods where there are lots and lots of trees, wildlife, lakes and fishing - I had to fly into Grand Fork ND and then drive close to three hours northeast of there - The church was an AALC - church - Faith Lutheran.
Sunday morning we had about 100 people in church with 25 salvations and in the evening around 30 people were healed - about 50 people responded to the message for Fresh Anointing, and five people had their prayer language expanded and five more people received a prayer language for the first time. Many people fell under the power of God, frequently without me touching them - for each person, the Holy Spirit would just gently touch them, and they fell under His anointing and power - I took my time as most of these people were older and it was a wonderful evening of ministry. Several people described warmth, peace and a strong presence of the Lord.
One lady was healed of arthritis in her hands and fingers, another man had a very sore arm and elbow - even the slightest touch would bring pain to him - after the service he kept going around to people and hitting his arm real hard and saying, look, there is no pain at all - several people were healed of blurred vision and floaters in their eyes - as I began to release people to pray for others, they were amazed that the healing would flow through them as well.
As always, I am so amazed and blessed - and I wanted to thank you for praying - please continue to pray as I go to Point of Grace Church in Ottumwa Iowa - Saturday through Monday, and then up to Des Moines where I will minister at Eastwood Open Bible Church on a Wednesday evening. I will be driving and Diane and Jason will go along on this trip too - and Aug 11 is our 25th anniversary as well
Sincerely, Jay West pursuehim@juno.com
