Dear Cliff,
I am very happy that I was part of what God was doing in Arusha, Tanzania. Healings, People being set free from bondages, and more Heavens opening wow'!!
Is there a time you can tell God what to do and when? Or is it that we are sensitive enough to hear what God is saying and obedient enough to speak it? What if one wants people to know that God can do mighty and powerful things for His purposes, so that others may come to the Lord? Could this be the reason He says...for my thoughts are not your thoughts and my ways are not your ways...Iss.55:8.?...then what will you say to the following?
Last week from 9th to 12th Nov. Advancing The Kingdom had a conference in Arusha Tanzania. Rev.Cliff Pash started powerfully by challenging the church that it had hindered the move of the Holy Spirit in their church services. The church of today has put more emphassis on programs and their own doctrines and this has not made it any different from the church in the time of Jesus Christ. As he went through Lk.13:1--13 Cliff dilligently exposed the general focus of Christians in the church.
When Jesus healed the bent over woman on Sabbath day, the synagogue ruler protested about the day and had no comment about the woman, who had been subject to torment for 18years and now she was free from the spirit of infirmity!!
"Is it true that today we have bent over children of God in our churches; that have not been set free because of our church doctrines?", Cliff asked with concern writtren all over his face.
On the 2nd day, Rev. Cliff plowed into Lk.11:1--13 bringing out deeper revelation on the Lord's prayer. That we all need more of the Holy Spirit to enable us to say the Lord"s prayer, because it is only with the help of the Holy Spirit that the of the prayer petitions can ever become a reality. The prayer springs forth to life at every word spoken.....God wants to show His Name Holy through us..... God wants us to trust in Him for our daily bread and not put our trust in money ... That we would hear the sounds of heaven and speak those words...
From the 2nd day forward, I watched in awe how the power of God came and visited the hall and enveloping the hungry participants. Many were delivered from bondages, others healed from all kinds of diseases... "I had a stiff back but now I can bend, one testified; for months, I have had sleepless nights, being tormented by demons but I thank God I feel refreshed and light; something was torn off my shoulders......expressed as tears running down the cheeeks.......
On the last day God confirmed His word by showing our team the very people who needed to be delivered from complications in their lives. The Lord had spoken specifics to the team even before the conference began! Now, He was showing us once again the work that He wanted to do. He pointed them out and they were ministered to.
Afterward, the whole conference erupted with a wonderful celebration with dancing and singing. This was a sure sign that God had done what he intended to do in Arusha.--PRAISE GOD.
"This is the first time we have had this kind of conference in Arusha. We must have it again!!", Pastor Solomon declared openly.
