The Spirit of Awakening is Among Us
The Spirit of Awakening is truly among us. For the last several months God has been taking us from glory to glory. He has released a true authentic Spirit of Awakening. The presence of God is unlike anything we have ever seen before. People are ready. They are hungry for a fresh touch from heaven. God is responding with life changing encounters with His glory. People are becoming full of the Spirit and are moved by the heart of God to carry His glory with them.
This year was our second annual Glory, Signs and Wonders Conference in New York. Guests included Dr. Mahesh Chavda, David Herzog and Matt Sorger. The following is a brief account of what God poured out in our midst, April 6-8, 2006. This was the weekend of the official 100th Anniversary of the Azusa St. revival of 1906. April 6, 1906, William Seymour, along with several individuals began to cry out for the Baptism of the Holy Spirit. By April 9, 1906, the power of the Spirit came with many becoming baptized in the Holy Spirit. They spoke in other tongues and received the power to be witnesses for Christ. Soon the revival spread worldwide, ushering millions into the experience of Pentecost.

OVER 700 BELIEVERS GATHER TOGETHER
During the Glory, Signs and Wonders Conference, over 700 believers gathered together in Long Island, NY from across the country from states including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Massachusettes, North Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, and countries including Denmark and Germany. People came hungry for more of the Spirit and to receive a miracle touch from God. Many lives were radically changed. Weeks later, we are still hearing of people impacted by the moving of the Holy Spirit during those days. Everywhere we go we are seeing a similar outpouring of God. We are surely in the throws of another Great Awakening releasing a fresh power in the Church for the purpose of end-time harvest. Even during the conference, those who came in as unbelievers left convicted in their hearts and full of the Spirit of God. We witnessed several life-changing salvations.

THE SPIRIT OF PROPHECY CAME UPON MATT
During the Saturday morning session, the Spirit of prophecy came upon Matt as he shared a prophetic word from the heart of God concerning prodigal sons and daughters. Below is a transcription of the prophetic word.

"The Lord says you will see a great influx, even of prodigal sons and daughters, come back into my house. And God says when they come, you will receive them. God says when they come, receive them.
There's coming a time of end-time evangelism upon the church, that will not only see the lost come into the Kingdom but will see an ushering in of the prodigal sons and daughters. Many, many, many of them, God says many of them have strayed from Me. But even this morning I'm preparing your heart to receive them back into My fold. God says I have one fold. Listen my Church. I have one fold.
They will come and they'll be dirty, but they'll be broken. Because there is coming an outpouring of a move of my Spirit that will sweep their hearts and turn their hearts back to Me. And in a moment the Spirit of Revelation will come and their hearts will be open and they will see where they are. They will come running to Me. And when they come running to Me, you must not be like the elder son.
You must rejoice when you see what I will do with them."

I had a tumor in my right breast. I had a tumor in the left breast when I was 15 and had it removed. It came back in the right side June of '05. I felt warmness and a sense of peace. When I checked for the tumor, it was gone!

I suffered from Fibromyalgia with restrictions in my wrists and finger pains. At the time I was not able to make a fist and couldn't write well. When Matt prayed for me my whole body bowed down, twisted left and right, up and down, heating my wrist and hands. Afterwards I was able to make a fist and make nail prints in my palms.

I was suffering from Fibromyalgia. I also had a shattered and broken heart from physical, sexual, and emotional abuse. When Matt called for a woman with Fibromyalgia, my friends had to convince me to go up. Matt said the Lord was also doing a work of inner healing in me and there was a shattered and broken heart of abandonment and He was making me whole. That word was right on. I felt a loosening in my back and shoulders and then a heat within my heart. I know He has healed me. Hallelujah.

I suffered from Fibromyalgia. When I got prayed for, I felt the presence of the Lord more than ever before all over my body. I came here to the conference very tired and achy all over. It is hard to stand on my feet all these days in the conference. I almost didn't come due to my tired legs, achy arms, and achy body. After prayer the pain just went right out of my body! I have no more pain in my body!
