Joe Cicchino And Vision Of Love Ministries

Joe Cicchino of Vision of Love Ministries recently founded Vision of Love Apostolic Training Center in Broken Arrow, OK with Evangelist Carter Stucker. Joe is well known around the country for the numerous miracles that have occured through his ministry. He was written up in Charisma magazine several years ago regarding the Tulare Revival and has been on TBN.
Carter Stucker is the founder of Most High Ministries. At age 8, Carter had a powerful encounter with God who told him audibly to “Go and preach the Gospel to the entire world”. Despite his little understanding of these things Carter knew he had heard from God.
Carter has been involved for several years (as is Joe Cicchino)with the El Camino Christian Home for Children located in Palmira, Colombia. The El Camino Home feeds, clothes, and educates needy and homeless children.
Through his involvement with this and meeting the local pastors; Carter recently has set up a ministry, Colombian Covenant Connections, pairing Colombian pastors with American pastors. Carter has a heart for the people of Colombia and desires to introduce the Church of North America to their counterparts in South America. South America has experienced tremendous revival over many years; which was birthed in Cali, Colombia. Many churches in Colombia have services 7 days a week. Carter hopes that by sharing what has happened in Colombia with the pastors of North America revival fires will spread in greater degrees to North America. In addition, he plans to use this network as a platform to promote and raise awareness of the needs of the children at El Camino Christian Home for Children. Carter recently was appointed as Rally Director for Rally For Israel. Rally For Israel is a combined effort of the Christian Allies Caucus, which is a part of the Knesset of Israel, and the Caribbean Israel Allies Foundation. Headed up by Evangelist Sherlock Bally who is the Executive Director, the Caribbean Israel Allies Foundation is dedicated to bring all the people of the Caribbean in closer relationship to the Knesset and the people of Israel. Carter has also been involved as a partner with Sherlock Bally Ministries for the past year. Carter has traveled with Sherlock on behalf of Rally For Israel filming informational video clips as well as DVD’s promoting this event. Carter has also worked with Sherlock on developing ministry materials for both Sherlock Bally Ministries and the Rally For Israel events.
Carter currently is the Pastor of Vision of Love Apostolic Training Center. Joe Cichinno serves as the Apostle. Vision of Love Ministries has conducted missionary work in Haiti, Colombia and other countries. Joe also has established Vision of Love Churches in several parts of the country.
Vision of Love Apostolic Training Center was founded to be a five-fold training center. Carter teaches Evangelism on Sunday’s in classes called Salt Shaker Fellowship. Through these classes he teaches a unique message on how to be the salt of the earth and how to make people hungry for God. In addition, he also heads up the Media and Television Ministry Department. Carter's wife, Kathleen Stucker, leads a prayer movement on Friday's for Israel and the Rally For Israel project. Kathleen has also founded a prophetic website, www.PropheticLedger.com.
