Two years ago I had a dream. I was standing with a group of people
and we were waiting for something. There was a man in the group
that seemed to be a leader and he had a walkytalky radio. I heard
these words from the radio, "Jesus is coming and so is Satan and he is
small and golden." I stood there and pondered those words,
wondering what in the world they could mean. The group waited for
a little while and since nothing happened, I decided I should go to my
room and wait there. In the next scene, I was entering my room. It
was a small, bright white room. As soon as I entered the doorway, I
heard again, "Jesus is coming and so is Satan and he is small and
golden." Just then, out of the corner of my eye, I saw Jesus walk
past the door. I got very excited, but I also felt a little nervous. After
all, this was Jesus. What would He say to me? I knew the condition of
my heart and I was afraid to go before Him, but at the same time I
knew I had to see Him. I started to leave my room. In the next
scene, I saw Jesus standing against a railing like you would see on a
cruise ship with the ocean behind Him. I was surprised that we were
on a cruise ship. I was also surprised to see what Jesus looked like.
His hair was not at all what I thought it would look like. It was brown
and shoulder length, but it looked bushy and windblown. His
clothes were rough and He had some type of cape over His clothes
that was blowing in the wind. I wasn't sure what to think about His
appearance, but I knew it was Jesus and He deserved my worship. I
approached Him and noticed that there was a woman on His left side
that was very beautiful and dressed in a brilliant blue robe. To her
side was a line of people waiting to see Jesus. I looked at Jesus and
was surprised to see that in that moment He only had eyes for me. I
was still confused about His rough appearance, but I began to bend
down to kiss His feet in worship. As I did so, He knelt and lifted me
up and gave me a tight hug. Without Him saying a word I knew that
He was very pleased that I recognized Him even though He did not
look as I had expected Him to look. That was the end of the dream.
It took awhile for me to understand this dream. However, the Lord
did give me some key points about the meaning. At the same time
He moves upon those He has prepared for this hour, Satan will also
move. Those who are not intimately acquainted with Jesus will not
recognize Him. He let me know that He had been dressed as a
Shepard, which explained His rough appearance. Satan will come
and appeal to man's fleshly desires. He will be "golden" which has
the appearance of gold but is not the real thing. I felt led to share
this and I pray that we will be able to recognize the truth from the lie.
I truly believe that will only be possible by the revelation of the Holy
Spirit through a heart that has been cleansed by His purifying fire.

Whenever true revival comes the enemy will try to capture people by sidetracks, or false movements within or without the main stream of revival.
Some, who were once true vessels of God may stray off, and leave the path, so we cannot look to men, but need to weigh what is coming and always stay close to Jesus.
May God take us along the true path.

Geoff, thanks. I think the Lord may have given me some insight thus
morning in "small and golden." I'd be interested to see what you
discern. As I was laying in bed pondering this dream again, I was
realizing again the simplicity of the gospel. Man has gotten so much
knowledge and even in the church setting man analyzes and speaks
with many words. I don't know about you, but sometimes I wish a
speaker would get to the point and stop already! The Lord told me
once that His people think to much. He also told me that I ask too
many questions and it kept Him from giving me more revelation. I
have been working on that. I also know He came dressed in rough
clothing as a humble shepherd to show the contrast with the big
name leaders in the church today. The insight I believe He gave me
this morning was when I read an e-mail a friend sent me. It had to
do with gold prices and purchasing gold coins. They are "small and
golden." Wow. I believe that we as Gods' people have to stop looking
at mammon the way we do and realize that the first blessings of God
are first to learn to love Him and then a humble, pure and contrite
heart. By watching the mainstream church today it is obvious that
they focus on the monetary blessings of God. I truly believe with all
my heart that our first prayer should be "that I may know Him and
the fellowship of His sufferings." Only then can we be free From the

I wanted to add this. The Lord also gave me a dream once where He
showed me that He was going to be rescuing His children from the
organized church and use those He has prepared to lead these
children to Him. The Way the Truth and the Life. He showed me how
the church will want to pay these chosen ones and try to get them
into the system. We must guard our hearts and not be seduced by
the very thing God has taken us out of. I am grateful for His insight
this morning because I am examining my own heart and once again
choose to know Him by sharing in His sufferings. To know the
simplicity of the cross. The message has not changed even though
we have increased in knowledge. Blessings, Debra

Debra,
You are truly a blessing. I must say that you touched my heart when you quoted that you choose to know Him by the fellowship of His sufferings (Phil 3:10 That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death). Many want His blessings, but do not want to suffer. They will NEVER truly know Him without it.
Debra, your dream is very relevent to where we will find Christ. The Shulamite woman's lover of her soul was a shepherd. (Song 1:7) We must become intimate with the heart beat of the true Shepherd who's heart is for the lost sheep. He will leave the 99 to find the one that is lost. Ruth found her lover, Boaz in the field. (Ruth 2:1-2). We must seek to know His heart and that is where we will find Him. (Jer. 29:13 You will seek Me and find Me when you search for Me with all your heart.)
You are also right about the organized churches. We must come out.

Debra,
I don't know if God would use mythology to describe things but when I
read "small and golden" I thought of the gold apples in the story of Jason
and the Argonauts. Don't remember all the details but someone was
running a race against another person and the hero of the story kept
throwing golden apples in the other runners path to distract and slow
down the other runner.
Small,golden and deceptive and distracts the runner from his/her race.
Apple is also used in many stories of Genesis as the fruit Eve was tempted
with and we know how that ended up.
Small, golden,deceptive and cheap imitation compared to the wonderful
things of God.
Just some thoughts.

Stacey, I've learned that God can speak through anything and
anyone! Whether we are listening is the key, amen? The wonderful
thing about dreams to me is that they can speak to anyone in their
own life. Your understanding still conveys the idea that I believe God
was giving and could be represented in many ways. I was thrown off
for a moment when I heard "small and golden" but I had a general
understanding of the idea of it. Right after I was thinking about this
dream again is when I got the e-mail from my friend about the gold
coins and I recognized God speaking to me through it. I think He
brought the small gold apple story to your mind to give the same
understanding. Isn't He amazing? I think this is a perfect example of
why we need to learn to understand each other and flow together in
His Spirit. We can each contribute to His story and become more
understanding of who He is. Thank you so much for sharing your
nugget with me! I thank all of you because I know you are sharing
His love with me as I open my heart to you. Sometimes that is a

I was ministering on the streets last night and the Lord impressed upon
me how time is running out for the lost, we are called to take the battle
to the front lines, this war is going to be won on our knees. Our fight is
not against flesh and blood but powers and principalities of wickedness
in high places.
These people are in desperate need of salvation and when real revival
comes it is going to be messy. They are desperate, hurting confused
and angry. I know I have been there and Lord when you bring the
revival we are praying for that your church is ready to serve as we are
called to do. You have called and prepared your saints for this battle,
let us embrace them as you embraced us.
I felt the spirit leading for me to share this with you.

Julia, thank you. I am taking this as an admonishment from the Lord
and taking it seriously. The Lord has given me a responsibility to do
this horrific warfare. He used to wake me up roaring and groaning. I
have not done this for some time for various reasons. I was alone in
my home so I was able to do it without any hindrance. I am
presently living with my parents, nursing my dad back to health. The
Lord spared him three times from death. That being said, I am not in
a position to do the warfare I used to. My husband thought I was
nuts, which is why I haven't lived with him for a long time. I think you
might get the picture. I hear You, Lord, but I need to know what you
want me to do. Julia, could you pray for me that I would hear from
the Lord so that I can obey and know what I am to do and how to do
it? I'm sorry if I am too open, but I really could use a breakthrough
in this area and I could use the help. Thank you. Debra

Thank you for your reply. From what you have told me you come across as passionate child of God. I appreciate your openess and welcome it. Jesus uses all our life experiences for good and will use them to bless and help others. Even after all my trials in life i know in my heart they are not wasted if they are used for his glory.
Sometimes my situation (full time carer) means i cannnot keep in constant fellowship, i have found that i am able to post prayer needs and pray for others a real sourse of help and also encouragement to others.
Lord
I lift Debra up to you, Lord you see the desires of her heart, give her wisdom this day of your calling for her lfe. Thank you Jesus for choosing her for this specialised ministry and that you equip those that you have choosen. Giving you the glory for the miricles you are going to and perfomed through her prayers. In Jesus name. Amen.

Thanks for that. I forget sometimes that this happens to others, God
using all kinds of imagery to illustrate a point, too. He uses what we know
to speak to us. I was hesitant to post about this as I thought I'd get some
flak for talking about Greek mythology which is pagan. BUT I am reminded
by your words about the things God's used to talk to me in the past and it
wasn't the images I was given that was most important but the general
message the image was being used for by Him. God is simple and it's the
enemy that complicates things. God is simple and the enemy is the author
of confusion.

Debra I love the dream that you shared...I too have had many dreams inwhich I have been given warnings about the deception that we will face over a number of years. One of the keys that I found he has shown me again and again in different ways, is that we will know in our spirit who he is. You must have recieved an impartation when Jesus hugged you....a wonderful impartation, that will have left an imprint in your spirit so that you will recognise him, and be in no doubt of who the deciever is. He will look good to the eye, but you will recognise him by your spirit. You need to remember all he has planted within your spirit because it will have been put there for a reason, maybe even to impart all that you experience to others so they are able to discern for themselves too...The Father will continue to teach you layer upon layer all that he has started in you...write down all he teaches you, as each lesson will take you into new wisdom and strategies for this time...

Amen to you both! I started to journal years ago and it helped
immensely to gain insight into what Father was showing me. I
confess again that all the things I was doing have unraveled, this year
especially. There has been alot of confusion for me in trying to see
the motives of my heart and how they were interfering with what the
Holy Spirit was saying. I couldn't take it anymore, as I have shared,
and now I am quiet and waiting. I have good news to share though.
Julia, right upon waking this morning,Holy Spirit rose up in me and
caused me to roar and groan. No one was home.LOL! I have to say,
if I was a bystander and not the one going through this, I would think
I was nuts, too!!! GOD has certainly proved to me that He takes the
foolish things of the world to confound the wise! Love, Debra

Hi Debra,
I wanted to tell you, the day before you posted this I had been discussing a situation with the Lord and shepherd came up; specifically King David the shepherd King and then later on that day I was on the phone with a friend and cruises came up, specifically christian cruises. The next day I see this post and you said you felt led to post it. I believe it was for me as a kind of correction. Jesus will be going everywhere, not as some think He is but as the need requires. Everyone will see Him! (even those on cruises) lol He said He is coming to every heart! He is so good.
He's absolutely wonderful isn't He! Altogether lovely! Praise His Name for His Mercy endures forever!
What came to mind about Satan being small and golden was images as in image of the beast. The image that man shows to the world of who that man is. Golden idols that men worship. Men bowing down and worshipping other men. It has always been this way but Revelation 13 talks about the image of the beast and man is that beast.

Hi Sherry, thanks so much for sharing that with me. I agree with
everything you have written. I love how the Lord weaves His children
together with shared images and words and experiences. What a
wonderful day it will be to meet our brothers and sisters in the
presence of our Lord and Savior! I am sure it will be as if we knew
