GOD IS LOVE - AND THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS TRUE [GENUINE] LOVE APART FROM HIM
Words of Prophecy
* There is no "comprehensible" limit to that which I can do through one of My children whose spirit man is kept in an absolute dominance over their soul and body!
* All things await only "consistency" in the spirit man continuing in dominance over your soul and body.
* To the degree one "allows" their soul and their body dominance over their "spirit-man" it is to that degree that "emotional attachment" [soulish activity] shall supercede "true relationship" in their fellowship with others!
* An integral part of presenting oneself a "living sacrifice" is to first set their heart and mind on high - bringing every thought captive to a perfect obedience - that their "spirit-man" might abide in dominance over the soul and body.
* My children cannot go where I would have them go in this last hour unless their spirit-man is continually in dominance over their soul and body.
* As one keeps their spirit-man in dominance over their soul and body - through abiding in a perfect obedience - then they release continually all the "forces" of the spirit-man [faith, wisdom, love, righteousness etc.], and they set in motion every law [principle] that "subsists" under the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus [the law of increase, the law of divine restoration etc.].

...."Love endures long and is patient and kind; love never is envious nor boils over with jealousy, is not boastful or vainglorious, does not display itself haughtily. It is not conceited [arrogant and inflated with pride]; it is not rude [unmannerly] and does not act unbecomingly. Love [God's love in us]does not insist on its own rights or its own way, for it is not self-seeking; it is not touchy or fretful or resentful; it takes no account of the evil done to it [it pays no attention to a suffered wrong]. It does not rejoice at injustice and unrighteousness, but rejoices when right and truth prevail. Love bears up under anything and everything that comes, is ever ready to believe the best of every person, its hopes are fadeless under all circumstances, and it endures everything [without weakening]. Love never fails [never fades out or becomes obsolete or comes to an end]".... 1 Corinthians 13:4-8a The Amplified Translation
As we know, this is a beautiful chapter - but there is one VERY significant phrase that ALWAYS jumps out at me from the Amplified version, "love [God's love in us]" rather than the more usual translation of simply "love". It is ONLY the Father's [Divine] Love in us that can achieve any of the attributes listed in these verses in 1 Corinthians 13. Left to ourselves, pride, jealousy, irritability and self-exaltation will continue to hold sway. Only to the extent that we allow God's Love to rule and reign in our lives can Heavenly Love flow forth from us - thus transcending our human emotions and the "soulish affections" [for both God and man] that proceed forth from the "lower life".
Keeping our spirit in a position of dominance over our soul [mind, will, emotions] and body is the key to Divine Love continually being shed abroad in our heart by the Holy Spirit - Who is the Spirit of Love. There is absolutely nothing wrong with a child of God using the word "love" BUT let it ALWAYS be in the light of the "revelation" that our God IS Love [Personified] - and that there is NO such thing as true [genuine] love apart from Him [only a very poor and perverted counterfeit that continually serves {gratifies} "self"].
